Hello I have a Sony 350 Blu ray player with the newest f/w version 19 and I cannot get Crank 2 to load properly. This is the only disc I am having trouble with and I have tested many. I have also taken back Crank 2 three times to the retail store and still no good. My buddy has the Sony 350 with older f/w and he is having no problems. :confused:

I have also bought another copy from a different retail store and that did not work either. I then tried my "bad" disc's in retails players they was using in the store and it worked fine.

The problem I am having is when the load screen starts it does not finish loading and the movie begins playing in the background really small, not much bigger than the loading icon.And half the icon stays on the screen. The loading icon in this movie is a "caution" sign related to high voltage.

Any suggestions would really be appreciated, I have looked over sony website to see if i could download older firmware and see if that works but could not find it. A matter of fact i don't even know if its possible to use older firmware. I suspect the player may say i already have the latest version because I tried to install version 19 again it said already updated.
