My Vizio plasma has a nice 2" wide black vertical stripe just left of center. I replaced the buffer board (TNPA4442AB) thinking this might be the problem but the black bar is still there. I'm not really sure which board might have the problem. I'm guessing maybe the main logic board (TNPA4439AG). I'm more of a car mechanic than a plasma repair guy but I thought I'd try and save a buck or two and do it myself. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When the problem occurred my son said the tv turned on, then shut off and wouldn't turn on for about 20 min. Once it did turn back on it had the vertical black bar:confused. And the line is present all the time no matter which input is selected.
