Ok is it me or are these boxes junk? I have had 3 so far. The 1st one lost half of its channels. Comcast replaced, The 2nd all channels turned to snow, This time Comcast came out checked signal and replaced box, Now with new one , I cant get the optical audio to work. I can get digital audio out the coax connector, but not off the optical. Can anyone help with this issue. I am really not in the mood to get a 4th box. And to top it all, comcast doest have any HD DVR's in stock, oh with HDMI.:confused:
