Hello AVSforum I am a long time reader, but this is my first post here. So please excuse my noobness.:D

My questions is:

Does anyone have a current map of Atlanta Comcast's channels?

I use Beyond TV and a Hauppage HVR-2250 to watch digital and HD channels through Comcast. Someone was very kind and made a list back in July 2008.

However, lately I lost several channels. So I was wondering if anyone had made a new list.

Lots of info here (http://www.avsforum.com/avs-vb/forumdisplay.php?f=45)... search for Atlanta in thread title and type of service or service provider.

Thanks so much for responding to my thread.

Unfortunately I have not found what I'm looking for as of yet.

What I did find out is that Comcast is removing all analog programing in my area, (of which I didn't use) but in the process they're remapping a lot of there digital channels.

I still scan and pick up about 120+ channels but these have changed significantly since I got the last channel map from someone on AVS Forum back in July 2008.

Has anyone else run into this?

Not trying to be short, but you'll just have to figure it out as each area is slightly different in some way due to the upgrades they are doing. They will eventually end up encrypted anyways so enjoy while you can.

Ryokurin I also appreciate your insights I was unaware that Comcast will eventually encrypt all there digital programing.

Oh well, I'm still not going to give them more than $18.95. I guess when they encrypt everything I'll just cancel the TV portion of my service all together.

I've been meaning to put an antenna on my roof anyway.
