I am looking for a camcorder around 2-300 bucks for shooting home videos.

Here is my list of features that I would like in order of importance.

*video quality(sharpness, lack of noise, color reproduction)
*optical zoom(at least 10x but would like over 30x)
*image stabilization(not picky if digital or optical as long as it works)
*file format that is common
*flash memory or hard disk
*easy youtube uploading(for my nephew)

I found a few Camcorders but it seems like everyone has faults(obviously) but I can't really decide.

1.Canon FS200-good video quality, not sure about IS, only 680k sensor, .mod file format, not great low light performance

2.JVC gz-mg330, decent video quality, not as good as Canon, not sure how good IS is, people complain about crappy quality while some say it's good

3.Sanyo VPC-TH1, cheap, not great reviews

4.Samsung SMX-F34, so so reviews, small sensor

Actually "small" sensor with lower resolution may actually be the same size as the video-capture area of a higher-resolution senzor that uses additional resolution to capture photos...so some mathematics should be employed here...680k pixels are more than enough for SD video...
