Ok so whenever I play a video on the net I pause it and let it finish loading before I watch it, just recently I having been having issues with videos where the audio will keep playing but the video will stop and then catch up a few seconds later. As I said before this is AFTER I let the video load and just recenctly started happening. Does anyone no why that would just start out of the blue? any help would be appriciated.

Most of the sites I visit (ex, giantbomb.com and cinemassacre.com) use Flash for video. My machine is a HP Pentium Dual Core running at 1.80 ghz with 2 GB of RAM on Vista Home Premium my graphics card is an NVIDIA GEForce 7100/NVIDIA nForce 630i, hope that helps.
