I have one, and there is uneven bass response in my admittedly difficult room. My dealer, who also sells JL Audio, is coming out to optimize the placement of the one. When I asked him about a second, as compared to 2 JL audio Fathom F212, he got excited about another Studio. Fact is, he'd probably make the same amount selling me the 2 Fathoms. He may actually bring Sumiko out to set them up. if I end up buying a second.

Setup assistance will make significant difference. If you have uneven response, my thoughts are that you are not positioned well, the phase is set correctly or your x-over is set to high. All of this can be fixed with some help!

Two Studio's will be god like!

I believe PeterS uses 2 or 3 REL subs in his theater, he had Mark Seaton come over and optimize the bass in the room. Mark's the man when it comes to bass.

Plus he's local.
