All these Samsung Buzz polls seem to miss the mark, not accounting for multiple buzzers or the buzzers screen size. I'm sure everyone is sick of these buzzer threads but this should give everyone a better idea of what they can expect from a Samsung Plasma. If the above poll doesn't fulfill your circumstance or you have more information to add explain further in a post.

They only allow 10 options but I figured there would be people who had more than 2. I went through 2 58 inchers, a 550 than a 540. The buzzing was only part of my issues. I had pink blotching and banding in my whites on both sets and the 540 was distinctly dimmer on the lower 3/4 of the screen. I returned them both and ordered a Pioneer KRP-500M. I lost quite a few inches but my last TV was an older Pioneer plasma monitor and it was great.

Are these polls serving a purpose any more? This is now the 3rd poll started on the topic and I think its now become more about venting to Samsung rather then actually being informative to owners/potential buyers.

Im pretty sure the point has been made that you take a big chance by opting to buy one of these tv's. Some people buy them and love them, others have to return them for something else. I do feel bad for people that have had to return their sets but I dont see the usefulness is starting a poll about how many people replaced the set X number of times.

The other polls only illustrate the amount of people who had buzzers not the amount of sets and what size they were. For instance Arc3 has had 3 buzzers and I have had 2 that's 5 that only get counted as 2 in the other polls. Also if you look as it stands now the 50" set has 4 votes for no buzz and 2 50" that had buzz, showing that the 50" sets seem to be less affected.

Got a 58B650 buzzer.
Replaced it with another 58B650 buzzer.
Exchanged it with a Panasonic 58"V10. No buzz.

I agree, we don't need a 2nd or 3rd poll. This makes getting all the info from the first poll difficult for newer owners, and makes things very confusing with the same thread posted 3 times. Not to mention a lot of us have already posted on the main one and invested a lot of time discussing this, jumping to a new thread on this would make the discussions confusing and difficult for anyone trying to keep track of particular discussions.

Also, at this point, if you have a buzzer, you have a buzzer. It's already been established its not exclusive to one model of the B series.

If you don't like poll fine, don't vote and don't comment. I thought it would be nice if we were able to narrow it down to size seeing as it seems to affect all models.

I am just trying to see if there is a specific model/size of manufacturing date I should look for. The people complaining about this thread are definitely NOT HELPING ME in my quest to get YET ANOTHER Samsung. I like the TV enough to look for another.

The original thread was fine, because it shows over 1,400 posts that told about the buzz problem from month to month. Starting a new thread is only going to be confusing to anyone who is following the original one.

Personally Im still reading the original buzz thread because Im still on the fence between the V10, and the B650, looks like the V10 is going to win out though.

Just my 2 cents on this thread, I think it serves no useful purpose.
