Earlier today our new Berkline 45090s were delivered. I ordered them through Ken at Stargate Cinema and couldn't be happier with his level of customer service, and price.... And the Berklines are just great!

Initially Ken really helped me make an informed decision in a couple long phone calls to discuss the various brands and options. My order was a little complicated because the color of leather I ordered was recently discontinued (despite Berkline's assurance that they had enough for my order). Ken contacted them several times for me and helped expedite the replacement order, keeping me well informed on email and the phone along the way. He was totally patient with my regular (constant!) questions and anxiety about the whole purchase.

The Berklines are perfect for our situation, VERY comfortable and just beautiful. I highly recommend them, and definitely get the power recliners as you can adjust them to any position thoughout the whole range.
