This morning, after 5 + years of problem free operation, the Digital input of my Z2 did something strange. Long story short, the digital input outs out two smaller diagonally offset pictures on the screen. This happened with both my set top and blue ray player with direct cable connections using two different cables. The menu input is showing D-SXGA. I took a photo but cannot ssem to post it here.

The component is ok on both devices. I have a suspicion that this is going to be a costly card replacement, but if anyone knows if this is an HDCP issue (never had an issue before with HDCP and I get a picture so don't think it is a handshake problem) or a service menu reset, I would appreciate any input. Or if you have had a similar issue annd have had to have a repair, I would be interested to know if it is worth it, given the dropping proces of 1080p projectors. Thanks

Just an update to this.... some time later.... It dawned on me to turn off and unplug the projector and it reset and was fine. While this problem has reoccurred twice since the reset, the reset does "fix" it and it has been quite a while since it happened last time.
