Does anyone know if tomorrow's one-game playoff is exclusive to TBS, or will the RSNs be producing their own feeds, as well?

Thanks GO TWINS!!! :D jefbal99 10-05-09, 11:59 AM Gotta toss in my $.02, Go Tigers!!! TBS HD has been great and I will have the DVR going as I will be working, unfortunately... alpha21 10-05-09, 12:05 PM what a terrible time for a game! I'll be stuck in rush hour for almost the entire game. Go Twins!!! vando45 10-05-09, 12:48 PM Just when I get home from work! Go Tigers! igreg 10-05-09, 02:44 PM Rule change could be instrumental in deciding the Central Division winner. Last year althought the Twins beat the White Sox in the season series, the White Sox won the coin flip and were the home team. In winter meetings, MLB decided to give the team winning the season series the home field in the event of a tie. As the Twins won the season series againt the Tigers, they were awarded home field for Tuesday's game. And no team takes advantage of the home field more than the Twins in the postseason. Just ask the '87 Cardinals and the '91 Braves....the Twins had home field and won all 4 home games and lost all three road games. And if the Twins get to the WS this year, the AL has the home field. fredfa 10-05-09, 02:51 PM If the Twins get to the WS this year, how many Fox sports executives will suffer (Nielsen) anxiety attacks? And if they somehow got to play the Rockies..... steverobertson 10-05-09, 03:04 PM If the Twins get to the WS this year, how many Fox sports executives will suffer (Nielsen) anxiety attacks? And if they somehow got to play the Rockies..... I bet they would drop BB from their lineup if this happened;) blitzen102 10-05-09, 03:50 PM If the Twins get to the WS this year, how many Fox sports executives will suffer (Nielsen) anxiety attacks? And if they somehow got to play the Rockies..... Yeah, since ratings are the ONLY thing in this world that mattters... ....and the game itself doesn't..... Some people might also remember that the last World Series the Twins were in was ranked by ESPN to be best the best World Series EVER. spongyfungy 10-05-09, 10:52 PM Chip Caray (play-by-play), Ron Darling (analyst), and Sager (reporter) source (http://www.multichannel.com/article/356848-TBS_Warming_In_Bullpen_With_MLB_Postseason_Coverage.php) Last year it was Dick Stockton Ken H 10-05-09, 11:26 PM MLB.com Poll: Who will win the AL Central Play In Game? I sure hope you're right. It's going to be an interesting game. And I wonder if they've ever had to convert the Metrodome from football to baseball this quickly before. It is going to depend a lot on how many of the Tiger's players went out on a drinking bender (and other things) last night. humdinger70 10-06-09, 12:58 PM They've held a football and baseball game there on the same day before. They obviously have a good system in place for a quick conversion. In past years they have had a baseball game on Saturday afternoon, a college football game on Saturday night, and a baseball game on Sunday afternoon. There are also arenas that hold basketball and hockey games on the same day. blitzen102 10-06-09, 04:29 PM They obviously have a good system in place for a quick conversion. They are pretty fun to watch at a fast speed. What those guys do is pretty amazing. Ken H 10-06-09, 04:48 PM Just like the Viking/Packer game last night Ken? Nice call on that one. The liquid in your magic 8-ball grows cloudy... Nope, not at all. I didn't predict the game last night, I said: I hope they both lose, but since that's unlikely, go Packers.Rooting for a loser and picking a loser are two different things.
