I'm going to build a new terrace for my home. I want to include a projector to watch fights, football games, play Xbox 360, etc obviously at night in special ocassions because I have a Samsung LCD Led 46" in my family to watch everyday TV and BD movies.

I'm asking you guys for some advice in what you think is the best option in projector brand and specs considering the space and the ambient.

The wall in which I'll be projecting is 12'x9'5" as you can see on the picture and I thind it would be a great idea to put a pull-down screen.

I'll be hanging the projector on the ceiling that has 10'. Those pictures are not final since I don't have the electrical part finished yet and any modifications can be made now. I'm planning in doing all the cabling on tube in the concrete so I need to know the space that I need to leave between the projecting wall and the projector.

My budget for this is no more than $3k's.

PS: I live in Puerto Rico is summer all the year.
