Well in the past years threads like these have turned me onto some great shows. Like "Pushing Daisies" one of the best shows to have been on TV, and also shows like "Chuck".
I'll get the ball rolling by listing my favorite shows in no particular order:

Chuck - Airs on NBC. Will not restart until next year. :(
Dotch Cooking Show - Sometimes it appears as Cooking Showdown on TV listing sites like ZAP2IT.COM. This program airs on Tuesday on the Japanese Network channel that here in LA is available on 18.2.
Chinese Noodle Odyssey - Also airs on the Japanese Network Channel (18.2) here in Los Angeles, on Fridays.
