My wii is my only component source. Anyone have any ideas on how I may be able to get some test patterns displayed on this thing? Maybe on a website through the internet channel? Perhaps through the SD card?

Did you hack it for homebrew? If so you can load on mplayer and play test patterns that way (that's what I did...). sotti 10-06-09, 01:00 AM an SD card wouldn't be bad, you could practially make your own in paint. drewman21 10-06-09, 11:24 PM A few games had some THX setup screens like on some DVD's. I used to use SSX Tricky this way with my gamecube before i had a DVD player other than my PC. See if that works for you. Might not hurt to get a hold of those THX glasses for it sometime to finish off the setup mode. vigga 10-07-09, 07:57 AM I'll post in the game forum to find out if any older games have THX screens on them - thanks! drewman21 10-07-09, 05:03 PM SSX 3 had the setup for THX and it was for widescreen and 4x3. I just never had the THX glasses till now to use as a setup. |
