Hi All-

I am having an issue with my Harmony One and I obviously cannot count on anyone at Logitech (support is absolutely impossible to get as their email system is down ALWAYS).

I am trying to use my Harmony One with my Yamaha RX-V3900. It has a GUI, and all of the buttons pretty much work fine except for 2. On the directional pad, the Up & Down buttons do not work. I have tried "learning" by using the Yamaha remote, but this didn't work. I cannot possibly be the only person having this issue-

Anyone experience this or figure out a workaround?
