This seems to be a common topic but it is VERY confusing!
I currently have a Benq PE7700 that has failed. Looking for upgrade. I would like to keep my current mounting location (ceiling, top of screen level, 15' from 113" screen). Dark room.
not sure why I would consider the Benq since I had all the lamp issues and now the fan has failed (still on original bulb, so not a lot of hours, but past warranty). No reviews on it yet, correct?
Will the Pro8100 price drop even more? HD20 problems solved?
I dont want to spend more than $1200 especially since I wasnt planning on an upgrade at this point, but I cannot handle college football without my projector! This is the time of year I use it most!
