Hi,

I am thinking of buying this Panamax Power Surge in-wall

What else do I need to use the other bay for two ports, HDMI and COAX?

Sorry if this is a newb question!

Depends on how you want to do it. You can use keystone jacks, a Decora insert with the appropriate connectors in it, or run the cables straight through. Have you looked at the manual on the Panamax site?

Yes, but they do not offer a HDMI/Coax adapter to fit in there.

Any idea where to get a set like that? I want it to fit right in the slot, so if TV is removed it looks clean and professional.

Don't know, maybe something like this (http://www.cablesunlimited.com/products/Prod_Individual3.aspx?groupcode=I3703).
