I am planning to buy a Toshiba D-R410 DVD recorder to record all my dv tapes off my Panasonic mini-dv camcorder. If I use the dv input (4x4 pin ilink cable) from the dvd recorder do I need a seperate audio cable (rca type)? or this cable will carry both audio and video signal?

DV cable carries audio and video.
