l want to check my email comcast using my ps3 i can sign into my emal account but i can,t get my emals. can i check my email with the ps3 ?has anybody that has comcast been able to open their email?

What city are you in? I have zero experience with anyone other than Time Warner and with them there are different URL's for different cities....a quick Google gave me this:

It doesnt seem like there is an obvious, easy, and SHORT URL to get to a mail login prompt?! You can try it on your PC first to make sure it's valid and then you can either type that whole crazy ass URL into your PS3 browser or you can log on to AVS via the PS3 (I've never done that yet since my PC is right next to the TV), come to this thread, click the link, and then bookmark the Comcast login page on your PS3.

Try using their mobile url:

It probably just doesn't work... Hotmail is the same. I have to use the mobile version of Hotmail on the PS3 browser. Gmail, Yahoo and AOL work great.

Like the others above said, try the mobile site URL. It's probably loading some crappy javascript to try to make your browser look "hip" & more functional but all it does is slows it down and makes it less compatible.

thank you everybody with yalls help i can now check my email with the ps3 i have use mobile email with the ps3.not sure why but it does i just tried it.so anybody that wants to check comcast email use mobile now i needto buy a key board this sucks writing this without a keyboard.THANK YOU SO MUCH
