My rack is in this closet that has a hole down to the foundation. All cables are run through it.

Would the sprinker timer, wireless rains sensor receiver sitting next to my audio/video have any (interference) effect?

Why do you think they are interfering with your equipment? I doubt they are radiating anything and I doubt that they put enough of a drain on your electrical wiring to affect anything.

Sprinklers operate on 24VAC and as such, the power is inherently noisy under load. It might be a good idea to keep a reasonable distance between the AC sprinkler lines and any audio lines.

There may be no issue at all but it is possible that when the timer kicks on the sprinkler valves, there MAY be a click in the audio if the lines are i close proximity. Similar setups have had similar problems.
