Will that allow monitoring/extracting enought PSID data to tell me what/where the problem is with certain CATV channels (that apparently are being 'played around with' at the Head End)?
One RF channel that carries local sports home games in HD that is non-encripted, has the PSID data in the toilet (purposely, AFAIC since the adjacent channel is fine). I would like to see what/where the problem is. Will TS Reader and a external USB QAM HD tuner allow this?

Hey Bruce, yes, you can use TSReader for this. See Rod's webpage www.coolstf.com for compatible qam tuners.. I have the Sencore and the HD HomeRun as well as a few others for that.
