Hey guys,

Need some help here. I have my system all set up, but I have issues concerning My Harmony 550 and my HD20.

My HTPC, Bluray player and Xbox360 are connected to my HD20 via HDMI 1 from my receiver. When I'm on the HTPC and click Xbox360, the HD20 works normal. But when I click an activity that doesn't utilize the HD20, the projector doesn't turn off.

Is there anything I can setup to get it to turn off correctly??

I also experienced some problems with my HD20, it seems that Harmony's database is incorrect. I would suggest to simple grab the original remote and manually program your harmony.

I'm going through the power button troubleshooter right now. I tried setting it up to give the power off command twice. That didn't work either.

Now I'm trying the learning method.

Ok, went into power settings for the HD20. Got the Harmony to output 2 poweroff commands. Seems to be working now.
