:confused:Hi All!

I have trying to stream my Hd movie through my media server, but i no luck

Bought the belkin powerline HD (1000mbps) supposely.
Bought the Belkin Gigabit N+ Wireless Router.

The problem i cant stream 1080p files if the powerline adapter are not far from each other, but when the distance became a little bit longer it seems to lagging.

i live on a two story house and my mediaplayer is downstair and router is upstair.

I am running out of ideas and getting faustrated.

If anybody can help find a product that works,i'll be well pleased.

Thanks!

Ps:I have looking into a Gigabit wireless N router + Gigabit Access point.

Tell what your think.

I honestly have never had luck with powerline as there are a lot of factors that determine the throughput that you get. I ended up just running Cat6 and now have no issues streaming.

Another solution (I have not tried but have read other people having success) would be to try a Coax solution instead of powerline, still al little expensive though:
