Hi,

I am new to the world of streamers but bought the WD live this weekend.

I have video working fine, x264 or WMV files will play. Problem i have is with audio. I am getting prologic sound not digital, and if i switch to digital in the WD live menu i get nothing.

I am running it with ethernet to my system. I have HDMI and optical out to my Audio Autority digital switcher, from there it runs to my older Denon reciever i have.

Might be something very simple or maybe my reciever is not up to processing it, its a Denon AVR 3200.

Video files have been working great, a few movies i had it drop and say it lost the source but its only happened probably 3 times out of 8 movies i watched this weekend.

Thanks for the help, and on a side note any advice of a decent priced upgrade for my AVR 3200, i have a polk setup with polk rt2000's as my fronts.

Forgot to add i get no sound from WMV files at all.

Any idea's on why no sound from WMV's or not getting digitial sound?

And looking for a good upgrade for my Denon AVR 3200.
