I have been looking for weeks with no luck. I want an entertainment center to put my new flat screen on top of. My issue is that I have a Klipsch Forte II as a center channel. It is 32" x 16.5". I will use it on it's side or upright. I just want it to fit below in my tv in the entertainment center.

Does anyone have any suggestions? I am willing to modify the entertainment center. Take out drawers, etc... I just want to be able to fit the center channel into the center in the middle below the tv.

Thanks for your help.

My experience with these things is that you'll need to either (a) have somehting built or (b) make something yourself. If you go with option (a) it shouldn't cost too much if you just get it done in a veneer or poly. Spend a bit more, get something nice and you'll have a happy Mrs, assuming there is one.

Check out Salamander Designs. You could put something together out of their Synergy System. Its kind of like Legos with different size cabinets and other components you can put together in a multitude of ways. I once did two cabinets with a bridge between for the center speaker. My center wasn't as big as yours but it would have worked for a bigger speaker. there are other configurations that would work.

Thanks for the tip, it has been on it's side in my current system for the last few years. It sounds ok, but as you suggested it would sound best if it was upright.

Also, thanks for the tip on the Salamander system. It's a little on the pricey side.
