Hey my networking skills are weak. I have a dir 655 router. On my computer i have videos saved. What is the cheapest way for my aunt to get some of my videos to her computer (we live about 8 miles apart so not on the same network)? Or is it just easier subscribing to one of those online file hosting website and have he download it? The largest file i have is around 2 gigs. She is going to view then on the orginal wd tv which doesnt have a ehternet connection.

I suppose you could upload it onto a public torrent site and send her the URL. She will need to have a torrent client, as will you - µtorrent (http://www.utorrent.com) - in order to upload and share the file. For torrent sites, I would start out trying to get into Demonoid or Isohunt. Otherwise, just burn them to a DVD and drive them on down.
