I have a JVC av-48wp74. The green lines were bowed at the top and bottom, so I replaced both of the convergence ICs. Now green is awesome:D but both the red and blue lines are slanted. :confused: I have attached 2 pics they are both of the manual pattern, 1st is after the auto "super Focus" the 2nd is after a reset to factory. I saw no browning of the resisters, nor did I find any opens or shorts of the low ohm high watt resisters. I've read about a service menu that can be accessed by pressing "sleep timer" then push "display" & "video status", but I could not get it to work.:(

You will need to enter service mode convergence and then it should all line up... make sure two switches on top of remote are both in the left position.
