I just got set-up with Charter Cable. I have been spoiled with Direct TV for sometime. I can't believe there is not a 30 second skip button on the remote (UR4U-MDVR-CHD2) Universal Remote Control. Also the remote control Charter provided won't control my Denon AVR-3300. I have tried every code I could find. Do I need to upgrade my remote to control the Denon and get a 30 second skip ahead feature?

On one of the threads somewhere is the code. Can't remember where. Programmed mine. Do a search for "DCX3400".
