I have a sharp dt-510. Keystone correction can be done in two ways: one of which includes placing 4 arrows where you want each corner of the image to be. This makes lining up my picture really easy in my small apartment (whether it kills the image or not... I still enjoy it). I'm looking to upgrade to 1080p and wondering what this feature is called and what projectors make it this easy to line up the image.

I am not sure but are you stuck on DLP projectors because most LCD projectors offer a lot more options in regards to placement flexibility?
Never use keystone correction. It wrecks resolution. Look for lens shift and mount the projector correctly.

I don't see what the big deal is. Yes, it looks bad on older projectors, but when I test it out (not that I need to use it) with my DT-500 I can't see any difference on a paused disc even from close up. I'd still rather use keystone on my DT-500 than to have settled for a Panasonic AX200 like a lot of people were doing for the lens shift over DLP. They gave up more picture quality just by doing that. :D
