Anybody heard anything about what Mitsu is gonna offer in 2010? I've pretty much made up my mind to go with a 73837 but I have to wait on my first time homeowners credit to come in so I have a little bit of time. What updates are expected for their 2010 lineup? Would it be worth it to wait until that lineup is released or just pick up the 2009 version?

before you buy that display, do a lot of viewing in store. Look for geometry issues towards the side edges of the screen. I almost bought a 73" DLP last year but was turned away as 3 out of 4 hard very noticeable geometry issues. I only saw a couple of the 837 series this year and both the 73" displays still had geometry issues. I did not see the geometry issues in the larger 82" displays

I am definitely planning to view the sets first. I'm having to wait till next weekend as the closest place with the sets on display is like 3 hours away from me. From what I've read the geometry issues are pretty much a given with these sets you've just gotta hope yours isn't too bad. My only problem with the 82" is that I want the 837 series for all of the added features but the 82837 is pretty pricey. I have to wait to get my tax credit back so maybe by the time I receive mine the price will have fallen but right now I'm afraid the 72837 is more in my price range.
