I'm looking for a recessed wall plate with power for an insulated basement wall. I would like something like the one at monoprice with the product id 4652.

But I'd like my wires use go through some kind of conduit between both plate, so cold air won't enter the room, and I won't risk perforing the vapor-barrier each time I run wires.
