I'd like to purchase new pj in 1 - 2 wks and am finding it difficult to know what will work for needs.

Currently use Dell 3300mp ceiling mounted at 16' from Dalite B screen (96" wide minus black border makes it about 92" - so it's about 106" diag).

I'd like to upgrade to 720p or 1080p, but I still need to take it down for work presentations (dell is only 4lbs). New one could be DLP or LCD. Current pj is 1600 lumens, so a little brighter on new pj would be nice. Not used in dedicated HT room, but family room with plenty of windows, dark paint on walls, and pj hung from vaulted ceiling.

I have Optoma HD20 & HD65 suggest, but doesn't sound like they'll work with distance from screen. Also, had Panny AX200 suggested, but size/weight might be too large to carry for work presentations. Am starting to think I'll need another business class model that is 16:10 rather than 16:9.

So what pj could give me the best solution for better movie experience and still use for presentation with laptop?
