Ok guys, first real post here.

I am looking for all the advice, comments and questions. This is for a 1600 sq ft condo with 2 bedroom, although the second bedroom will be more a music room than bedroom.

Thanks again for all your suggestions. I'm trying to keep the budget on this plus a Lutron Homeworks QS wireless lighting system combined at under 100k.

Not sure what suggestions are you looking for. Unless you're planning on remodelling the current rooms, there really isn't much else we can tell you to do. This is the dedicated room construction section, not "how should I set up my system" thread. If you look at the other threads in this section, most, if not all, are rooms that are built from scratch. Might want to move this thread into the "audio theory" section. Looks like it will be a nice place though.

Dumb question, but...

How do you get from the entry/main part of the unit over to the master bedroom area? I don't see any doors to get over there.

ya it doesn't show on there, its a sliding door along the glass wall.
