I purchased the scosche IPAVDOC2 to allow my wife to play/watch her music/videos on her iphone through our home theater system. The dock is connected to our tv which is then connected to our a/v receiver. This should allow us to watch/listen to the pictures/videos/music on her iphone. we discovered that our samsung tv will only recognize the input from the scosche unit if there is a video signal. that means we can watch videos/youtube and watch pictures but can not play music. Is anyone aware of an adapter or other solution to "trick" the tv into receiving a video signal so that we can use the scosche device for music as well? thanks in advance.
