Just finished Prince of Perisa Classic. What good remake! The graphics were awesome and the game play I thought was improved. I would say a Solid 8.5 out of 10.

I am busy playing Tiger Woods 07, Madden 07, and Forza2 out of 7 games owned. Of these, I am having the most fun in Forza2, but I just finished setting up my racing seat + MS wheel setup. :)

Currently playing Call of Duty 2. This game is awesome! I didn't think I would like as much as Brothers in Arms but it is a really fun game.

I tried to start playing NFS:MW since it came with my 360 and I never even looked at it. I got bored with it after 30 minutes and went straight back to CoD 2. I guess racing/driving games aren't that much fun to me anymore.

Currently in my DVD drive is Table Tennis - I bought it earlier this week for ten bucks from the clearance rack at a major national Big Box electronics retailer. I'm enjoying it so far, but not quite as much as I enjoy Virtua Tennis 3 (which is a great and underrated game, IMO). But I think the problem may be that I'm having a difficult time changing from the VT3 gameplay to the TT gameplay, because the games are so similar in some aspects but very different in others. I think once I get more used to the TT controls I'll enjoy it more. So far I've had a couple very close matches which got me all tense and I started sweating and shouting obscenities at the TV -- all signs of a very good game.

Now that it's b/c, I'm playing PGR2 again. GREAT game (better than 3 imo) that can be had for cheap now. If you are playing it, add me to your friends list! My GT is deathpallie.

Dirt and Halo 2, just started to understand dual welding and head shots. Halo 2 is allot more fun without the 12 year olds ruining the game. Doesn't hurt to get in a little practice before the beast we call Halo 3.

Just finishing up dirt (waiting for that darn 1000 miles achievement to unlock and I'm already over 1100 miles darn thing :confused:

I sold my box 3 weeks ago, just before the price drop so I could get the new premiums with HDMI. But before I sold my box I was playin The Darkness. The Darkness was pretty sweet not too hard I think I beat it in about 8hrs give or take an hour. All in all a good game for rent not to buy.

I am waiting for 2 worlds. Anyone hear anything about the looks and feel of it?

Just got my xbox back from MS yesterday. Back to playing Guitar Hero. Also looking forward to trying the Bioshock, Katamari, and Stranglehold demos tonight. Ratatouille demo for my son as well.

I am playing Forza2 exclusively right now. A friend and I are see-sawing back and forth in the Hot Laps overall rank. It's amazing to me that as I raced all 470 combinations, I became so much better that I can re-race them all and knock off considerable time on most tracks. Hopefully lessons learned here will lead to a much shorter learning curve in the next big racing game to come out. (Sega Rally?)

I'm taking a little vacation from Gears to get Bioshock out of the way, and then back to Gears...The wife is already having Annex withdrawls.

Bioshock is so much fun that I got some nasty IR on my plasma for playing about 10 hours on release day. It's slowly fading and will be fired up again on the weekend, although in smaller doses...

I've been engrossed in Project Slypheed & Bioshock

I just picked up Sylpheed, great shooter. My only issue is some objectives aren't very clear. Otherwise tight control and butter framerate along a friggin excellent 5.1 DD soundtrack, you can track enemies from just the sound.

When you say 'campaign', you mean Solo? Because playing the campaign on Legendary with 4 people is, to me, possibly the most fun part of the game. :)

I'm with ya! Played 1/2 life 2 on pc and enjoying replaying it on the plasma. Looking forward to getting to the other 2. Haven't even gotten into the portal or the online batlle game, though I did fire up the latter for just a few minutes and it was a riot.

Lotta games for the money with this one. If you like fps and haven't played 1/2 life 2 (or even if you did) this one is a must.

I've been splitting time between Warriors Orochi (I simply love mindless hack 'n' slash), Orange Box (just digging into Half-Life 2), and the Guitar Hero III demo (finally 5-starred The Metal on Expert).

Lots of Halo 3 and Oblivion once in a while. Going to be playing alot of Mass Effect once it comes out next month.

I looked for Ace Combat 6 today but couldnt find it....ok I only looked at one circuit city but still since they didnt have it I picked up Orange Box instead. I will get AC next week maybe...although Time shift looks good so maybe the next week, but then Call of Duty is a must, maybe the NEXT week.....Blacksite has been on my list so has Assassins......then Mass Effect......and FEAR, Call of Juarez and prey should all be cheaper now...and I need to pick up PGR4 and Skate.

Well I will get AC at some point, just got to think if I want the flight sticks or not. This weekend will definitly be a Half Life weekend though.

It's fairly casual. Imagine Roller Coaster Tycoon, but simplified with a LOT of mini-games. Some of the mini-games are actually pretty cool. There's a bi-plane game where you shoot down zeppelins, planes and bombers, for example, or a rock-em-sock-em robots clone. And of course you can ride some of the rides, lay out the park and train employees and such. Very much a family title, but the kids really enjoy it.

I've been playing Stranglehold again, but I still feel like I'm going to rush through it just so I can trade it in.

Well, it's possible it's not your kind of game. Bioshock is not a fast-paced game at any particular point. It's a thinking-man's shooter, with an emphasis more on setting and allowing you to choose your methods of fighting than it is with straight action. (Example: to fight a Big Daddy, you might lay a series of traps and lure him into them, you might hack a bunch of security turrets to help you, you might try to lure him into the water and electrify him, you might use telekinesis to catch his grenades and use them against him or you might lure other enemies and trick them into hurting each other and then you finish them off). That's not going to be everyone's cup of tea.

If you're finding Bioshock too easy, then you can change the settings (after the patch) to make things MUCH harder (and get some achievements for doing so) by turning off the Vita Chambers and upping the difficulty.

You're not likely to get the same kind of rush as a CoD4 fire-fight, I suspect. Bioshock just isn't that sort of game.

Frankly I'm quite surprised. In the past I've been really turned off by FPS with a controller but I'll be damned if I haven't gotten used to (but by no means good) at it to the point of actually enjoying myself. It's so nice to be freed from the office chair and not be hunched over the keyboard for hours at a time, not to mention the joy of playing on a big screen with surround sound.

Army of Two

I had a coupon for a free game at Blockbuster, so I decided to get the LOST game this weekend. Good story, pretty straight forward game...pretty easy 1000 in about 6 hours.

Hell yeah! I am taking a break from COD4 and I picked up Army of Two and Frontlines. I haven't put Army of Two down. I think it was because I was playing some co-op Crackdown with my nephew and it seems I am now in a co-op mood. To anyone that plays Army of Two...You will enjoy it more with a partner then the AI partner.

Played COD4 MP for many hours, then dropped it like a bad habit for another habit Mass Effect, put in 35hrs or so and finished. I am now playing Lost Odyssey and I am 8hrs in.
I mixed in a little DIRT racing and PAC MAN CE as well.

I love co-op games.

I just received The Darkness and Overlord in a couple of trades I made although I have no idea when I am going to get to them.

These days nothing but Rock Band. Playing that with 2-3 friends on a 106" screen, cranked up on a solid sound system is absolutely amazing. My 5 year old son plays the drums on it now, which is incredible to watch - he LOVES it.

Just sold my PS3 version of Assassin's Creed. Picked up the 360 version for the achievements. This is a second play-through for me, but, god, this game is amazing. Still a major favorite.

I will always be a GEARS OF WAR player. IMHO its the perfect game and Ive been playing games since pong!!!!

I went back to some old games I have to finish them up. I got caught up in all the good games that came out the end of last year and this year. I am currently going back through the ones I was almost done with but left to play other games like...

Assassins Creed. Just finishing up the last few achievements and no I refuse to do the flags. lol

Crackdown. Just a few races and things left to do. Every time I try to get in there to finish it a friend comes on and we end up goofing off with rocket tag. lol

COD4: Just need to get through on Vet. Same thing...I try to get it and get swamped with invites for multiplayer. I think I am just going to have to go invisible to get these done. lol

I am not letting myself play anything new until I finish these up. I even had two games I haven't even opened since xmas that I have yet to play. Which I am not going to list cuz I know I will get the 3rd degree for. lol

Means no GTA IV for me til I get it done. (sigh)

I haven't replied to this in a while...

Waiting for the PS3 to be repaired (Blu-ray drive died) so I can play MGS4. In the interim, playing Battlefield: Bad Company online (and a little of the single-player).

Craving a nice deep RPG, too. I've already played all of the major players, so I'm considering picking up Two Worlds cheap. I've read that after being patched to 1.6 (or maybe 1.7), it's vastly improved over previous releases and is actually quite playable. The demo was fun once I worked out the controls. I have to imagine it can be had for cheap given how widely panned it has been!

EDIT: The PS3 was returned and I played about 1/4 of MGS4, then ordered a new TV (Samsung 67" LED DLP), so I'm waiting for that to arrive before returning to MGS to get the full experience. In the interim, though, I did pick up Two Worlds, and I have to say that I'm LOVING it! It's kind of a mix of Oblivion, Fable, and the Bioware RPGs. It has its warts, but honestly, once you get an hour or two into it and start to level up, gain interesting quests, open more of the world, etc., it's really a great game! I hate that so few people will have played it because of how much it sucked when it was released...

just finished Ninja Gaiden II (warior) awsome game and also "the" most difficult game I've ever played. IMO it's even harder than the first one wich I have. ohh also BF: Bad company multiplayer( the game that gave my copy of COD4 a break)

hello gamers, I am playing splintercell chaos theory again.The game came out a few years ago and it is still fun to play online.The online versus requires tactical strategy, communication with your teammate and stealth to win your matches in story mode.You play as spy (third person view) and your goal is to get 3 or 4 objectives by way of hacking a computer, planting a bomb and stealing a disc. The spy only uses a shocker gun which shoots out flash bangs, smoke bombs and sticky cameras just to name a few.You can use these items to stop the merc or you can just sneak up behind him and break his neck The merc(first person view) has a choice of weapons: sniper, shotgun or the uzi.They have grenades, mines and cameras just to name a few also.There goal is to stop the spy from accomplishing these objectives. The matches are 2 on 2 and the time varies from 12 min to 15 min. So check it out when you have some free time and my gamer tag is mythodicalmike2.
