Yes, it's released by Magnolia Studios which Cuban owns and all of them are shown on HDNET. They are a HD DVD exclusive supporter and had announced a few titles a while back but they were delayed and no one has heard of an update. It's 3-6 weeks away but it's a very good price and a very enjoyable movie.
