Which projector will be best for a room like this?:

- Totally light controlled room
- 70" screen with 1,1 gain

Is the BenQ PE8720 in a completly other league than the Sanyo?
Or is the new tech. of Sanyo better then the BenQ?
Or is a close race?

I can get the BenQ at only 10-20% more then the Sanyo.

So what will be best for me?

BenQ 8720 - different league all together. (Given that you are not overly sensitive to RBE)

I agree with that. I've seen both recently. Not in the same league at all. But this is a personal opinion.

The PLV-Z is going for less than $1350, where can you get a P8720 for 15-20% more ? I am in the market for one & I will be happy to pay 20% more.
