It seems someone edited out the "photocopies will not be accepted" line...
It'd probably be safer to walk in the store and find the newspaper weekly mailer things they leave around and use that.

Looks like it's a mailer for new home owners.
I think you might not get to use it if the salesperson was on the ball.

Used it at my Circuit City no problem. The only thing is it says "No reproductions or photocopies"
If you print both sides there should be no problem.
I just read this post 40 minutes ago. Printed out the copy. Ran down to my CC...took it in with my receipt from last night.....got the full coupon value rebated!
Thanks guys!

am i missing something here?
how does this imply "hddvd for $159?"
edit
never mind..xbox 360 add-on.
never mind..xbox 360 add-on.The drive works with PCs too, although to actually view HD-DVDs with the latest version of WinDVD, your system must be compliant, i.e. with a HDMI video connection and monitor.

I purchased my drive yesterday from CC and took the coupon in and they gave me back the $40 + tax. So very nice. :D
they will refund you the difference? even though it says on the coupon not valid on previous purchases?
I bought the drive with in store pick up. I brought the coupon and they adjusted the price. Great deal (and it includes Kong)!

Can't this coupon be used twice? If so, one could get a really good deal on an HD DVD player that happens to play Xbox games, stream media from Windows PCs, etc. from Circuit City:
Xbox 360 Core: $299 - 40 = $259 + tax.
Xbox 360 HD DVD Drive: $199 - 40 = $159 + tax
Total: $420 + tax.
Haven't tried this, though.

I know this isn't the Playstation forum or the Nintendo forum, but wouldn't this coupon work with the Playstation 3 and Nintendo Wii as well?
Also, I downloaded that PDF file, but I still don't understand how this is a front and back page. It appears to be a front page, and half of a back page, Are you guys taking the whole page to them, or just the coupon itself? Are you glueing the front and back of the coupon together? If somebody can explain in more detail how to make this coupon look legit, I would appreciate it. I would love to use it to try to get my PS3 as well, lol.

Just got back from Circuit City and got the Addon drive for $160 + tax. not bad at all. Remote + King Kong in the box as advertised by MS.
Firing it up with 360 then moving to test with PC.

I say just print the PDF, and take it in and see what happens. You can't beat a HDDVD Player for $160 plus tax!! Now I can watch HDDVD in the bedroom:) Thanks to DodgeV83.

Wow! Mark me down as another success story! A big thanks to Dodge V83.
When I picked it up, the sales clerk warned me about how they made a big mistake using USB to connect it as it would never be 1080p. I told him how it'll output 1080p over VGA and 1080i over component. He said that was dumb also bc VGA was an inferior technology. I didn't feel like arguing anymore, I just smiled and walked out giddy as a school girl with my new purchase.

It worked for me as well! Thanks! Trying out HD movies for $160 with a free movie is a lot easier for me than getting the $400 components. As people have stated this player is a LOT faster than the HD-A1 (my buddy has one).
Even my wife is amazed with the picture. We compared the King Kong DVD to the HD-DVD and what a difference! I'm using component cables from xbox 360 into a tube crt hdtv.

I had ordered mine online last thursday with overnight delivery for friday. Went in yesterday morning with the coupon and went srtaight to the customer service area where there were 2 young sisters waiting to help me. Said I ordered online, forgot I had the coupon, and could they credit my visa. They looked at the coupon, said "no problem", and a couple of minutes later was walking out the door with a $40 credit on my card.

They were in my area yesterday. They got another shipment in today. I talked to two and they both got 6 in. Circuit City receives two shipments a week in general (not just the add-ons)
This seems like a pretty good deal. The only thing that worries me is investing in a library of titles I might not able to use in the future if the format loses. Are most HD DVD titles going the DVD/HD DVD combo route? At least that way I have a DVD copy of the title and haven't pissed away all my money.

I don't think you should worry about that. As long as your player functions, you will be able to play them back. Both formats will be around long enough for combo-players to hit the market so it's not like any of the discs you buy today will suddenly become unplayable.

Not currently. There are some people investigating whether the drive can be used on a PC - check the HTPC forum. The core XBox 360 can be had for $200 after MIR now so you might want to think about that.

It worked for me too! I had to go to a CC in not that great of an area, but I was willing to go there on Tuesday at Lunch time to use my coupon. There were only 2 left in the store and I got one. I was really worried because the checkout lady started to read the coupon. I was like damn I'm in trouble. Then she tried to scan the coupon, which I thought I was out of the woods, but it would not scan. She ended up manually typing it in. That was close! I should have printed the coupon higher then 600dpi.
Anyways, Last night (Wednesday) I see online that all the stores in the DC area restocked. I guess I could have waited so I would not have to travel 40 miles total, but I didn’t know if there would have been a shortage.

Robert,
Next Thursday, they might sell 1000 Xbox360 core systems for $100 each at Amazon if it wins the vote. I'm going to try to get one, so I can have another HD-DVD/Xbox360 for my bedroom. You still have to buy the Component cable if you get the core though ($40). See this link for more details.

What a deal! Considering you get King Kong, and asssuming you would have bought that movie separately, the puts the HD DVD drive at around $ 140. That is a price I imagine many people would pay to have a highdef disc player. I mean, that is cheap. Very cool!

I ordered online without coupon and went to local store today, they told me to come back when I actually take the delivery, only after that they can apply coupon for me, so it's no problem.
San Mateo CC will take a delivery today, so I guess other bay area CCs are probably also going to have them.

I bought mine today. Same experience. The coupon would not scan in and the check out guy was baffled. I said he should try typing in the code and kaboom, it worked great. $160 for an HD dvd player and King Kong is a great deal. Not my long term solution but will work great for now. BTW, King Kong looked better then I thought it would (on my SXRD 60 inch TV).

Awesome deal thanks for the post guys. My local store showed it in stock on line.(St. Peters, MO.) I went to get one, couldn't find it on the shelves so I asked if they had some in back. The young teenage girl informed me that they were sold out, when I informed her that the website showed them in stock, she told me that the website was incorrect. I used my blackberry and ordered it online, waited 20 minutes and low and behold when I went to pick it up at customer service, they had it waiting for me. I informed the lady behind the counter that I had this coupon but I couldn't get it to work online, she told me no problem and refunded me the 40 dollars plus gave me another 10 dollars off for the "confusion" with the sales clerk. $149.99 I couldn't be happier. Very happy with the unit, King Kong looks great and the new HDDVD menu system is pretty cool how it overlays the movie and has picture in picture director comments. I just put a bunch of HDDVD's in my que on Blockbuster online.
So to get to my point, yes the coupon worked for me. Thanks again!

Yes, every button is backlit green(came with energizer batteries also). I didn't have the 360 remote, so it is a nice add on. My wife is happy now, she hated using the controller to watch movies. Plus she could never figure out how to turn off the 360 with it. The power button on the front of the 360 is very picky about when it wants to work.

Ahhhhh... I read about 10 success stories here and then it doesn't work for me. The clerk said it wasn't an original coupon (i.e. a reproduction) and refused to take it.
To be clear, when folks are printing it, are you just printing in portrait mode? The coupon is really small that way. I enlarged it by printing landscape and maybe I shouldn't have.
Actually I'm surprised so many have gotten it to work. I mean, YMMV always on stuff like this, but geez isn't a computer printout obviously different from a coupon you get in the mail?
Maybe I will try again at another CC later.
jfischer
11-18-06, 10:20 PM
I printed mine in landscape, in color. Yes, it was obviously printed on the computer, I told them that I got it off the Internet. Didn't seem to matter, in fact 3 different people got involved in the transaction and nobody said a word about it.

I used it here in SD to get a drive and for a second I didn't think they were going to take the coupon. When the girl behind the counter tried to scan it and it didn't work another assocaite walked over to see what the issue was. The second girl took the coupon and was looking it over front and back and I thought for sure they were not going to take it, but a few seconds later she just did a price adjustment and I was on my way.
Chriscic: I printed mine at work on a color laser printer both front and back without enlarging it or anything. I then cut it out and stuck it in my wallet for the day so by the time I showed up to the store it looked a bit worn. I'm hoping that CC doesn't get wise to this because I'd like to go back and use another :)

Just got done watching KK, and I am pretty impressed with this little thing. I don't have a Toshiba stand-alone to compare with, but it was obviously much more detailed than the SD version :)
Sound seemed good, I realize that we're giving up some sound quality with this device, but for the price it's pretty slick. No glitches at all during playback, didn't even notice the layer change (assuming that KK has a layer change - given its 3+ hour running time I would assume it does).
I'm running 1920x1080P through the VGA cable, and it looked pretty good to me. Much better than anything else I've seen in HD via OTA or DirecTV, that's for sure.

Wow, great deal.
If everything was sold seperatly it would look like this.
HD-DVD = $199
Xbox remote that comes with drive = $30 when sold seperatley
King Kong = $30 when sold seperatley.
So thats like $260 worth of stuff for $160!!!!!!
Sony needs to take note..(No remote...No HD Cable)..

Just wanted to confirm this. Worked for me as well. Placed my order online this morning. Drove out there with the coupon (printed the PDF file both sides). No problems what so ever. Only dissapointing part was the HD-DVD section I actualy had to ask someone for help finding it. The small shelf was hidden behind a stock cart. Dont know how they expect to sell any like that really wish they placed these in a more visable location.

Better yet, if you have a Microcenter around, you could get the 360 Core for $199 (after rebate) and the HD-DVD add on for $149 (CC). You'd have the 360 and HD-DVD for well under $400. Just build up the Core system.
I got it from $159 using the coupon. Great deal...

Well I went ahead and did it. Same story as everyone else pretty much. I just printed it out on normal paper without any special options. They couldn't scan it but the clerk punched it in and it worked.
Just got done with MI:3. Pretty nice. Setup was extremely easy. I never even moved the 360 on it's rack. Put power to the HD-DVD drive plugged the USB in, started the 360 and loaded the software. Then put in the movie and away I went. Very good PQ and very fast and responsive.
Now the bad: The 360 is still loud as hell and in the quiet scenes can be pretty noticibly distracting. I now have genuine fear of ICT when I always pretty much disregarded it before (I have an HDMI equipped TV). Hopefully Microsoft can come up with a solution other than time and hoping a studio doesn't decide to implement ICT.
Im still not sold on the hd-dvd/blue ray....Right now upconverting all of my dvd's and it just looks fantastic! Im just worried if I get this it would only improve the picture minmal. Anyone know if CC will accept returns the next day for a full refund if I decide not to get it.
I also got it for $159 at CC. The coupon actually scanned! After reading a post that my local CC rejected the coupon, I was very careful while printing the coupon.
For those have trouble with your local CC rejecting the coupon, here is how to get it to work.
When printing, set the Page Scaling to Fit to Printer Margins and check Auto-Rotate and Center. This will enlarge the image to 126% landscape. Set to highest quality of your printer and only print the coupon side. Click the three coupons and it should scan.
I printed on normal paper in color. The coupon looks decent enough so I did not bother to print on heavier paper.

I just printed it out on regular paper and the CC clerk simply typed the numbers in.Voila, 159.99!! I'm very excited to be joining the HD DVD camp.I picked up Batman Begins at Target the same day I got the add-on.I've been dropping not so subtle hints to my family for some HD movies as gifts for a certain holiday in a month's time :)

Went to CC at lunch with the coupon and pick me up a Xbox 360 Core System. Save $40 bucks. Now I am perplexed, cause I pre-ordered a Toshiba A2 from VE knowing quite well that all I have to do to start enjoying HD-DVD movie right away is to get the 360 HD-DVD drive from CC with another coupon. Maybe I will and just return it for a refund when my A2 arrive. What am I to do????

Scored one with the coupon at CC but my wife did mention it was a reproduction - she countered by saing it was not a photocopy of the original but an original print out. My brother purchased one without any problems whatsoever.

Just picked one up at CC as well. I printed both sides in color just cuz...well it's just a one time thing. I don't print much color stuff. Clerk couldn't scan it in but entered in the code like most folks and no problems at all.
Now I just need to wait for the holidays to be over so I can plug the thing in...

That probably means your TV's VGA input does not support 1080x1920.
You should still be able to game at 1080p over component with that set, if it's truly 1080p capable.

You are in fact playing games and watching Movies at 1080i if you sue component. Your TV will deinterlace the 1080i and it will be Displayed as 1080P as that is your panels native resolution. With you having an XBR, I am sure the set has a good deinterlacer, and you will essentially notice no difference. Just as a good Progressive Scan DVD player takes the 480i material and deinterlaces it to 480P, your set will do teh same with th e1080i signal. There is no converting of the signal at all, just the deinterlacing!!

damn you should have waited until yesterday and not only use the $40 off coupon like i did but get a free game of your choice as well (rainbow six vegas for me). now THAT'S a deal!.
so in the past two weeks i've used the coupon twice, once on the hd dvd drive and yesterday on a 360 system. both times it worked like a charm, no questions asked. i wasn't sure it would work yesterday because i was combining it with the free game ($60 "coupon" right there), but the cashier didn't bat an eyelash.

Your lucky, when I tried to use my coupon when buying my 360 yesterday they said no coupons (I assume because of black friday and that I was already getting a free game). Do you think I could go back with the coupon and have them credit the amount like some have done with their hd dvd drive?

Got mine yesterday. Walked into one store, got my HD DVD add on. Wouldnt scan, but entered manually and price adjusted. Went to another store and got My 360 Premium. Same thing, wouldnt scan, but this time it was a little different. They are now offering a free Project Gotham Racing game with purchase. They price adjusted $40 off for the coupon, then $30 off for the game. I said thank you, took my stuff and left. Since PG3 is not a game I really want I sent the wife in to return it. HD DVD add-on $160 + 360 Premium $330 = Pretty happy.

Damn, I should have pushed it harder. I JUST got back from getting mine. Mine rang up that way too, but the clerk was convinced it was a mistake, so he just manually discounted my add-on for me. Since I only had a printed copy of the coupon that wasn't 100% legit, I didn't even argue. Oh well, still a heck of a deal.
Oh, and I went to the Lake Zurich, IL CC, for anyone in the north shore Chicago area
Damn I dont think I can afford it now...:( Hopefully there will be another sale after Christamas.

I gave the coupon to a coworker of mine and he said that he tried it on the weekend (Saturday). He said when they rang it up, it gave him an instant $10 off the HD-DVD add-on. Well at $189.99, you can't use the $40 off $199, so he could not buy it. He asked the Clerk about the discount and they said they will have this discount until next week (by then the coupon will expire).
I told him to try again this since it was a "Black Friday" weekend or maybe they were having a sale for that week. He said he would try as he said he would not buy it otherwise.
I wonder if Circuit City is catching on to all the coupon use for the HD-DVD drive and is putting a "stop" to it. Luckily, I already have mine.

You're right. The coupon says total purchase and not single item as we both thought. I think he is going to try it again today, but I'll let him know tomorrow about it not being single item if it doesn't work for him (i.e. he gets the $10 off) when I get into work tomorrow.

Like I said, it isn't totally legit, but I think the managers won't give you crap about it seeing as you're spending $200 there, $40 will eat into their margins for sure, but I seriously doubt they'd be taking a loss.
I honestly had my doubts, and when the original cashier had to call a manager over to help him ring it up (he was new) I thought I was done for. But the manager very cheerfully punched it in manually, even after reading, aloud, the part that says "no reproductions." lol

I printed both pages of the PDF, back to back. I think that's probably the way to go since the expiration data is on the other page as the coupon. I kinda had it folded into quarters when I handed it to them, but that was just so it'd fit into my pocket.

I did the same thing. Used a color printer and printed on a little thicker paper (my wife is into scrapbooking and had some good quality paper), I then cut the edges off (so there wasn't any blank white on the sides) and folded it in half, so it looked like a flyer. Worked no problem, it didn't scan but it was keyed in no problem.

Found a worker, he went in back and came back out with one. Gave them the printed coupon from the net and they honored it, no probs. Now if my Panny plasma would just get here from Amazon!! They dlayed it.
I got the last one from a local CC today with no problems the coupon was ringing up as a psp game or something, then she made it go threw. I didnt do the pdf one I just printed the 3 coupons togethor and cutt the $40.00 discount off.

Supposedly there is a coupon with a 12/31 expiration date but no one has posted it yet. If you need to get one, your best bet is to check your post office for one of those new mover's packages. That's where the now expired coupon supposedly originated.
OMG IT WORKED!!!
I was so reluctant to use the pdf coupon but figured the worst they could do was say no, so what the heck. Plus today's the last day!
I printed it in color and went into the store. Their website said they were in stock so I didn't panic when I didn't see any drives on the shelves. I asked the kid at the media register if they had any in stock and he checked - yup, two. So he started to ring me up.
"You're going to ring me up here?" I asked, thinking the girls at the service desk would be better.
"Yeah," he said.
"OK, can I use this?" I handed him the coupons.
He squinted at the page a moment and said, "No, this isn't a DVD recorder."
"No," I said. "This one. Forty dollars off purchases of $199. The drive is $199."
He scanned it and BOOM, it went in!
But I wasn't out of the woods yet. He went to the back to find one and I waited for five minutes before he returned.
"The computer says we have two but I didn't see any."
Pretty soon there's five guys turning the store upside down. I stood there for 10 minutes wondering if I was going to walk out of the store with a player or not.
FINALLY, one of the guys comes out and says, "They were in a tote!"
I'm looking at my new HD-DVD player right now.

Thanks to the OP for the coupon and all the great AVS posters who encouraged me with their success with both the coupon and the add on itself!

Wow im I just came back from my friends house after getting the HD-dvd and it looked simply amazing! But its werid when I got home and tested with my own tv(Samsung 32' LCD/HD)King Kong HD looked great at first glanced but when I tested with my regular dvd of King Kong there's really hardly a difference. To a point now that im thinking of sending it back. My 360 upconverts all of my standard dvd's to HD via VGA and really its the greatest device ever for only 40 bucks! Ill give it one more day before I make a final decision.

What rez is your TV? AND what connection did you use? Component or VGA? S-Video? Composite?
I Have a Samsung 32" LCD HDTV (LN-S3251D) and im using a VGA cable at 1360 x 768. I mean really there's hardly a difference from King Kong HD and Standard King King. I put the King kong HD on my HD player and SD King kong on my 360 player and I can barely tell a difference. I mean its great especially if you cant upconvert your dvd's but Im seriously thinking of sending it back because there's minimal improvement. What makes no sense is that when I downloaded an episode of CSI in HD via XBL it totallly blew away all of my CSI dvd's!!! But King Kong didnt?
Maybe King Kong is an exceptional transfer? Most movies on regular DVD won't look nearly as good? I'm just guessing.

I don't understand why alot of you took a big sheet of paper with the coupon printed on it into the store. If I was a CC employee I would turn you away also. You should cut it and fold it alittle to make it look legit. That's what I did and got my HD-DVD player without a problem.

Personally, I think so. Great price, and on my 1080p display (a 61" Samsung HLS-6187), it looks spectacular. I've watched Batman Begins on both regular DVD and last night, on the new HD-DVD drive, and the HD version really blows you away in long views of landscapes and skylines. It's just much sharper all around.
Plus, you've got to love the standardized interface that lets you look through settings and special features in cool overlays atop the movie that's playing. Nice touch.

When I looking for one, the closest store was about 25 miles away and they only had one but I called them and said if they can hold it for me until I got there. And they did for about an hour! Ask them to hold it for you.

I watched King Kong at the weekend on the XBox 360 HD-DVD hooked up to my Sony 50XBR1 and was suitably impressed! Great PQ, no glitches, nice AQ. But, as good as it was, I'm going to return it and buy a standalone HD DVD player (the HD-A2) because its just too much hassle trying to borrow my teenage son's XBox 360 and I don't want to buy another!

The primary allure of the 360 add-on was it's price.
I was seriously eyeballing the HD-XA1 before since it is a handsome unit and would complement both my 60XBR1 and my AVR/DVDplayer and 360 (with the silver face plate well), but it also had the allure of the 5.1 analog outputs which my receiver also has bare. The lack of these inputs on the A2 is almost as disapointing as it's black color, though, which is what finally tipped the scales for me. Until I get an HDMI equipped AVR, though, the 360 should be a decent match for the PS3 in the audio department, though.
I don't have any teenage sons to fight with the 360 over, though. :D

CC $40 off $199 here (http://rapidshare.com/files/5842095/cccoupdecfrontback.zip.html) Credit to FW.
Thanks GMan. I used it twice today. Once for an XBOX 360, then later at another CC for a couple games, 2nd controller and wireless adapter.
I gotta print out a couple more in case one of the local CC gets a HD-DVD drive in (A big reason I ended up buying the XBOX over the WII).

WhooHoo!. I checked this morning and none of the local CC had the drive in yet. I checked again at 4:00 and most of the local ones in the LA area have them in stock.
I picked one up on the way home and used the coupon for the third time. I got home late so I only watched the first half of KK in 1080i /component and it looked awsome.
Now I'll go broke ordering HD-DVD's. :D I spent a lot of $$ in the last few days but saved $120 with the coupons.

Still working. Click on the 'Free' button in the 'Free' column and wait for the timer to count down. Then select the mirror to download from, type in the captcha code, then press the 'Download from...' button.
I really hate rapidshare. The noobs seem to have a tough time figuring out how it works.

Checkout guy at local CC wouldn't take mine (front side only) when I attempted to buy a PSP. That's OK, I now have a legit one after submitting a change-of-address form to USPS. And I got the discount price though Gamestop, anyways. I can still go back for the add-on player....

I wrote in another thread, but I'll repeat it here. I purchased the XBox HD DVD add on drive the day after Christmas with some gift cards I had gotten and cash. Then I read that people were prining out this Circuit City coupon and bringing their receipts to Best Buy and getting $40 dollars back. So I took a chance, what do I have to lose right? I printed the .pdf of the coupon on glossy paper, went to Customer Service at Best Buy with my receipt and said: "You guys price match, right?"
She took the coupon and brought over another person, who told her "if it was over $199 then give it to him".
They match the price plus 10 percent, so I got back $47.80!!
Just wanted to let everyone know that you may get lucky with a copy of the coupon.

This one is a YMMV, since it says "reproductions not accepted" at the bottom. I just tried to use one and CC wouldn't take it. This is after I used their computer to show them the coupon link ON CC's website. Manager refused to even scan the coupon.

Well I don't think you are out of luck. Try another CC or just go up to another person and ask if they will scan it. I always seem to have good luck. I have not used this but I just try and pick people who either don't care or just are nice and are willing to cut you a deal.
I just a few days ago I used a printed off sheet at my CC for like 10% off a HD-DVD and worked no problem!

Yet at the bottom there is a "Having trouble printing? Click here to download the coupons in .pdf format".
If it is not accepted I would ask to speak to a manager or his boss and ask him to explain this. I don't understand the point of putting this coupon on the website only to deny it.

This is exactly what happened when I tried to use it (copy/pasted from my post from another forum)
"I believe it's the store in general in Gainesville, FL. Very small store, bunch of young punk kids as employees (manager included) that usually have no idea wtf they're talking about (especially about TV and A/V equipment).
It's funny because the rep I spoke to at the customer service desk called the manager asking about the coupon, he just said "no" to the rep and wouldn't even come out to speak to me directly. After bitching out the CS rep some more, the manager finally came out. He told me "no photocopies allowed" on the coupon, so I asked, "well if it's no photocopies allowed, how the hell am I supposed to print the coupon? I mean it IS on the CC's website. You want me to bring in my monitor and show you?" Then I showed him the link on CC's website. He then gave me some BS excuse about that coupon being meant for one person only and there are alot of fake coupons out there. Wouldn't even scan it to see if it worked either. So after arguing with him a good few minutes, he got tired of explaining to me and just told me, "no it doesn't matter, I'm not taking it". I just laughed and walked out.
It wasn't the first time I had a bad experience at that store either. Last time I went there to try to get a TV price matched, they wouldn't do it either. Said something about them losing money if they sold it for that low LOL. FYI this was the deal for the Sony 40XBR2 that was at BB for $1999 (pricing error for a few hours). Don't really see why people even bother with CC in the first place, the service, professionalism, and the prices just suck IMO.
If anyone out there lives around Gainesville, FL, don't waste your time with CC, save your money, time, and sanity and shop online or go to BB."

Here is a link to a new Circuit City coupon:
Circuit City $40 off $199 Purchase Coupon[/URL]
This one is good until the end of March.
I used this one last night at the Circuit City in the Parks Mall in Arlington, TX.
Printed in color, not that it mattered I think. It didn't scan but the teller just entered the number by hand.
As with many others, I was going to hold off until this next gen DVD war was over.
However, considering that if you take into account the $20 movie and $29 remote control that was included, and the $40 coupon, I just paid a mere $110 for an HD-DVD player. That's less than many decent SD DVD players.
That plus the news that future players are likely to play both formats, I won't feel I've wasted anything even if BR wins.
FWIW, King Kong looks pretty good at 1080i via Component, even if the movie itself kind of dissapoints. [I hadn't seen it yet]
Great buy! Thanks for the coupon links!

I printed this coupon just last night and used it at the CC in Orem, UT and no questions asked simple transaction. Use the PDF link above as it still works. They may be cancelling this coupon early so don't wait.
I printed the coupon this morning and tried to use it at the Sugarhouse CC in SLC, Utah. No luck. They even had a sign that stated that they were not accepting these coupons from allconnect anymore.
Oh well. I am going to keep waiting to see if prices drop, or I can find another discount somewhere else..
Just bought the 360 add-on at newegg for $189 (brand new) with free 2 day shipping. Since I did not have to pay sales tax, I saved almost $20 vs buying it locally. I also picked up a copy of Serenity for under $20 and free shipping (+ no sales tax). Their HD-DVD movie prices seem competitive with Amazon.

I printed out a color copy of the cccoupon and the Best Buy manager approved it... he seemed to get personal satisfaction out of getting a sale away from Circuit City. (As well he should!) That's a smart business man!
Smoothest price match / coupon transaction I ever had, after the cashier got a manager to help out.
It helped I printed it out in color, and had the "coupon" in an envelope, not just pulled out wadded from my pocket. It's all about the "coupon cred" ! ;)
Give BB a try!
Doc
picked one up using the coupon from cc last night, worked without any questions!
