Hi,
I am interested in purchasing a Samsung LNS4051D LCD TV but have a concern with using the HDMI inputs.
I would be using this LCD panel with my HTPC and fully intended to use the DVI out on my video card to connect (via a DVI-HDMI cable) to one of the HDMI inputs on the LCD.
In the owners manual for the LCD it specifically states that you cannot connect a PC in this manner (DVI-HDMI) and specifies instead that the 15-pin D-sub connection must be used.
Can anyone who owns this panel verify whether I can in fact connect my PC with DVI-HDMI?
I have also been considering the Sony 40S200A but it seems to only have one HDMI port which is a bit of a negative for me.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
Darren
