View Full Version : Home Theater Authority home theater seating holiday powerbuy underway!
Good day fellow AVS members,
We would like to welcome everyone to our third and final powerbuy of the year 2006. We have extended our low pricing for a little while longer (until the new year) so we have rock bottom savings and some nice prize draws as well. It is the holiday season isen't it?
This thread will be reserved for pics, comments and questions. Members ordering early will receive their seats in time for the holidays but time is of the essence. Lead times are 1-2 weeks for delivery so members ordering ASAP will pretty well be guaranteed pre holiday delivery. We do have some shortage of the Studio #7563 black in Chicago however, with stock to arrive very shortly. We will do our very best to serve members needs.
Thanks again Alan for allowing us to do this and to the member community once again.

I kind of don't like leather seats due to moisture trapping issues. Can you get any seat in microfiber instead? Is there a cost adjustment for this (hopefully down)?
I see two new models also since the last Power Buy I remember, the Paramount and the Matinee. I sort of understand the differences between the three primary Coaster lines, the Showtimes (narrow and bare-bones), Studio (mid-range most popular), Director (bit different studio model), and the high-end Promenade. Can you list a comparison of these for those of us who don't have the ability to inspect these in person and are trying to decide between them?
hi wildfire,
the biggest change this year would be the now disontinued #7565 Studio collection in microfiber, this model is now gone completely.
The new additions involving the Matinee and Paramount models are as follows (i will post dimensions, i have a few things to add to the powerbuy page)
-push back recline mechanism which differs from the typical wall hugger design of most theater seating products out on the market. It's a very nice design but more clearance is required in between rows and in terms of wall clearance (12-18" versus the usual 3-4" clearance needed for the wall hugger design chairs)
-the Matinees are Coasters entry level theater seat for the budget minded customer. It's a nice option for those that want microfiber without breaking the bank. It's a good chair with firm support.
-the Paramounts are a newer design with built in storage. Everything in one package with storage, sleek lines, comfort and also on the supportive side. The built in storage does take up more floor space but a very nice option for storing remotes, etc. just like the Promenade sectional pieces.
Will post dimensions by some time tomorrow on the powerbuy page. Lots of options and more models to choose from than ever.

Why isnt this more popular?
Bill,
hard to say, one would think come holiday time we would be busy but it's very hard to predict. We usually do start off slower then finish with a bang in the last week and a half. For members that want delivery before the holidays time is running out, we need at least a week from order to delivery and a couple of day cushion would be nice too since the carriers are busy this time of year. Will post current member list later today, not a bad start at all.
member list to date:
week 1: John T, elovell, Ryan W, Van K, Aubrey H, mattbren, Frenzy, Dwayne R, Christopher P, eschance, thumper2006, JCRocks, JC1, Larry N, 121, Johny J, Philip C,
week 2: 1whatnow, uncle_evan, SoapySmith, Neuner, dan_t, Richard C, eb50, Mike D, RickCDC
week 3: rooster 45, Mark T, Tj H, dahlem04, SeanWSmith, italyct23 (michael P), Dallben,
week 4: Eric M, John D, Gary M, Brad P, Tim T, Eugene K, Deborah H, Federico N, motorcitykreig, Billabongi, centking, Cheryl S, FACP, James H, Christopher D, Susan W, Framework C Inc, ellisz, Richard E, majormojo242, Joey P, ragibson17, cmistero
thanks guys,
for members wanting delivery in time for the holidays (before Christmas) we will need your orders in if possible by today (Tuesday) or tomorrow (Wednesday), members ordering towards the end of the week will have a chance at pre holiday delivery but we cannot guarantee it with only a week lead time during this busy season. Order early if possible and for members looking for delivery during the holidays while enjoying some rest and relaxation we can accomodate those members as well during their time off with delivery taking place in a convenient fashion.
That's all for now.
im trying to figure out.. if i want the studio set, is the pricing the "every day" public pricing or is there a special area for prices for the pb? thanks!
eb50,
we mentionned this before in our past powerbuy thread (long), we decided to keep the prices as is until the new year. Our prices are rock bottom and this is the important thing to mention here, there is little markup on the seats, the price increase will be minimal since we have to compete with other dealers.
Basically for this month members get the best possible pricing (as usual), members support goes in supporting AVS itself, us as an AVS sponsor and then we will have some nice prizes to give away during the course of the month. So alot goes into these powerbuys besides our website price, also to mention the sales and service members deserve that we do our very best to acheive.
So in short we hope to continue to earn members business and appreciate your support.

Power, could you mention some of the prizes youll be giving away? I know it deals with the amount of orders you get, but I am just curious.
Im buying regardless but hey if theres prizes Im in :)
stock on the #7563 is now available in Chicago (all locations now)
prizes vary such as some nice aluminum poster frames, ButtKicker products and usually the grand prize will include a cash prize such as a $400-$1000 amount depending on sales generated. Winners can take the cash or use it towards products. For one member (grand prize winner) it's like getting your order for free or paying for a good part of it depending on what was originally ordered. Some nice prize drawings as well, the poster frames sell for $100+ all over the place, they are not $10 Michael's frames.
This is a great looking deal, now to figure out what I want.
I'm looking for 2 rows of 3 seats or maybe a row of 3 and row of 4. The Matinee line is a great value but I'm wondering how the quality of the microfiber is. Can anybody comment on the durability and comfort of the microfiber seats?
On the other hand I might consider the Showtime in a row of 4 with the Paramount row of 3 in front. What would the price for that setup be? If I went with 7 showtimes, would I put four in the front or the back row? I know the classic look is in the back but perhaps in the front would make sense?
This is a great deal...looking forward to ordering it.
krisko,
will send you a pm on this, we need room dimensions and all the unknown tangibles before we can decide on a set-up that fits your needs.
power,
please check your pm. thank you!
Serge,
I really want to pull the string on this power buy..
can you tell me on the Paramount Collection: (#7588) on the push back reclining part.
what concerns me is that it probably moves the listening position of your head back about a foot. I am a newbie to most of this so I am wondering how that effects the surround speaker listening area.?
Plus I am not able to sit in them to try them out, every chair feels so different.
I am still working that part out with the other half at home.
thanks
kermie,
not necessarily, when your watching a movie you will not be reclined all the way back, you can basically recline all the way back, look up at the ceiling and have a snooze. During movie watching you will not be reclined that far obviously but it will probably make a minimal difference since the chair does not actually move forward while reclining like the wall hugger designs do. So in this respect the actual seated/head position will be slightly different but not by much, a foot would be max.
looking forward to putting my in my order in the next 1 week for 2 rows of 2 studios. unfortunately i dont have the width to have 3 across. need to sell some wiis before i can afford it though. expect my order by jan 1.
not too shabby for sales in less than a week, have a member or two to add to the overall member list. Keep em coming and a big thank you once again. Initial orders will be delivered next week and we look forward to possibly seeing some pics amongst all the holiday hustle and bustle.

Can anyone comment on the durability of these, the leather in particular. Although I have a 3yr old and a 7yr old, my biggest concern is my dog. He is a fat lap dog (50+lbs) who won't let anyone cut his claws, and likes comfy furniture. Our current leather furniture has held up incredibly well for 10yrs with 4 different dogs. The leather is really thick - although not very soft. I have gotten some samples from other furniture and the only thing close was the heavy leather (Premium?) from LazyBoy.
Power:
Any way to get a sample of the Coaster leather?
I'm in!
Are there any links to comparisons or reviews of the Studio, Showtime or Director's chairs?
wittmer,
that's a tough question but if you owned leather furniture before then you already know the answer. The key is that the leather is a top grain leather versus a split grain leather. So you get a good leather, not a cheap plasticy looking and feeling leather like you get on the cheap leather furniture one can usually find locally. Durability is key and it is obvious in the years you have owned your present furniture that your 50lb dog does not actually dig his claws into the furniture, at least this is what i am getting...any dog that size "if he/she wanted to" could do some damage.
we can send you a sample, just PM me your information.
9volt,
just do a search in this forum under "Coaster" or any of the specific models that you mentionned and lots of threads/posts will come up. There is alot of good info on the forum pertaining to this very subject as well as other brands.
Thanks for the info, I've found some good threads.
Do the Coasters have a "loveseat" configuration option?
Can you recommed some Berkline lines that are not very wide? My room is only 11' wide so the Coasters might not work.
9volt,
no loveseat configuration except on the sectional seating. For Berkline look at the 086, 088, 096 and 45004 as the space saving models. Other models such as the bigger 090's even in a straight configuration may be tight in that width room assuming you wanted 3 seats per row. 3 seats doable for the back row then a row of 2 for the front. Same for the Coasters but again depends on your room layout.
is there any major differences in build quality and leather quality between studio, director, and showtime? showtime and studio are very close in price, and director is about 50-60$ more depending on what you are looking at. thanks
eb50,
all leathers are of the same quality. The Directors are a bit more mainly because of the curved club arms on the end recliners. This accounts for the slight difference in price. Hope this helps.

I did some homework on what it costs to purchase a leather sofa from China. The typical $1200 sofa sells for about $150 while a $3000 goes for $300. Approx 20 sofas can fit into a container and it costs about $2600 to ship a container from China to US.
The markup on furniture even factoring into the mix, trucking from a US port to warehouse means that there is at least a 100% margin on all goods. Sounds like an opportunity to bring efficiencies to the supply chain.
chiltown,
not sure i understand your post, there is very little markup and certainly no room for additional discounts or we dealers would be at or below cost. We have explained this before, some customers will do anything to save $50 just to get the best deal (who wouldn't)but with our powerbuy pricing such instances would make a difference between selling at cost or making a small profit. This is how close our margins are and why hope for success with our 3 yearly powerbuys. Bulk sales is key and members have been great to deal with. We believe this trend will continue; good product, excellent price so it's win win for everyone involved but we need the sales to succeed (margins are 7-12% at these prices depending on the order).
not too bad for our first week by the way.
3 seats doable for the back row then a row of 2 for the front. Same for the Coasters but again depends on your room layout.
Is there a reason you recommend 3 for the back and 2 for the front? We have a poorly placed pole that I have to work around, and I expect at max I'll be able to get 3 in front of it and 2 behind it.
9volt,
again it depends on your room layout. Your door could be in the front, back or to one side, you could have speakers/subs strategically placed that could affect furniture postionning or you could have something like a pole or columns, etc that could hinder seating placement. There are tonnes of variables that need to be worked through if anything other than a traditional room with no limitations.
powerbuy is going pretty well, member list has been updated. A big thank you to members once again.
Just wanted to clarify that we have received several inquiries on several other products which is fine but we wanted to specify that this particular powerbuy is limited to the products found on the powerbuy page which consist of the "Coaster" theater seating offerings.
This has not been specified previously...

Serge, odd question for you. Does anything coaster offer come in a sofa package? If it does I can get 2 things done at the same time!
I asked the same question and the answer is that they don't, at least not in the Studios. We really want a loveseat in the theater so we're looking at going with Berklines through Serge.
Bill,
if you mean in terms of living room groups (sofas, loveseats, recliners) the answer is yes. Email me with specifics on what you are looking for and i can forward some information along with pictures on various options available.
A specific loveseat "option" for the Showtime, Directors, Studio, etc collections the answer is not yet/no. Only the sectional seating offers a loveseat option as part of the home theater group.
Hope this helps.

Seats should be here tomorrow morning. I am so looking forward to these... I've had to make do with kitchen chairs. :D
I got in on this last year at this time... great experience and great seats! :p
Wish I had the room for 3 more... of course, the front row people could always sit a bit close to the screen :D
I'm readying my request for pricing now!

Slightly upset but not angry. Just curious if I am the only one.
Thanks in advance.

Did you sit in any other brand of seats? I am curious if you compared them to anything else, because I cant find any locally to sit in either and wondering how they compare because I am very tempted to pull the trigger. Also, which seats did you go with? Any detailed info you can provide would be much appreciated. Thanks

We received our chairs & the only chairs that we tried that were slightly more comfortable were the Lane Hollywoods. The Studios from Serge were as comfortable or better than the other chairs that we tried. The others were at least $1000-$2000 more. The Studios look great, much better than I expected!

I had the same problem. No one around here carries Coaster so I couldn't test them out. The local La-Z-Boy has some theater seats. Can't think of the brand. Very similar to the Berkline. They were nice seats but very much out of my price range. I originally was looking at the Matinee Collection because of the price and the 3 seats would fit in my space, but when the wife saw the Promenade Loveseat we went for those. They were very easy to put together. The seats will recline almost completely flat yet don't need much room in the back to do it. The seats aren't so soft that they swallow you when you sit, but they are a bit firmer than what I would consider a standard couch. Rooms-To-Go use to carry an Oakdale Mocha Sofa. Looks like they don't any more. At least not online. The Promenade is very close to the Oakdale in my opinion. (Also the reason the wife likes them. They just about match the Oakdale's we bought last year.) The Oakdale’s are a bit softer, but the Promenade is just as comfy in my opinion.
I'm very happy with them.
thanks guys and Stephanie!
We will have a prize draw over the weekend, will update the list of members to date as well.
Lowest pricing possible for a couple more weeks before a price increase folks. We have kept prices as low as possible for as long as we could, in the new year they will go up after the powerbuy ends. Please compare our pricing versus any other reputable competitor and take advantage of the savings.
Well I guess i better get my order in soon. I am redoing my theater and wanted a new row of three to replace my old ikea chairs. I bought a row of three studios last year from Serge. They have held up great. I did have an issue with one of the handles, but serge sent out a new one right away and it was better than new in no time. These really are VERY comfortable seats.

Finally spaced my order. About how long is delivery typically taking now??
Hi Serge,
I am interested in a single row of 4 of the Directors Collection seating. How long after the order is placed should I expect delivery. I am located in 34786.
Thanks!
Mark and Stoodo,
lead time is at 1-2 weeks total for delivery with 1.5 weeks being the average after the appointment is arranged, etc. So in other words pretty darn quick.
Man that is quick Serge. I better get cracking on my room!!
Thanks for your responses elovell and moofighters! I decided to go ahead and give the studios a shot, since I cant find them anywhere around here. So hopefully I will be happy with them.

Serge,
I am interested in a row of 4 of the directors series. On the specs page for this seat it looks like the row of four is in a curved configuration. Is that the case??
Thanks,

Hi Eric,
that is correct, all the rows between the various models have a slight curve to them. All except for the Matinee collection.
If I choose white glove delivery, will they do setup up a flight of stairs?
Thanks!

Sigh, the site is not cooperating with my browser (IE7) at all - the framing is all off, images do not show, text shows over text, etc. I disabled my firewall, etc. but no avail. Has anyone else had this problem and per chance have a solution?
Thanks,
Steve
Stoodo,
yes, two flights of stairs included but slightly longer lead time.
Steve,
don't have IE7 to test, the site is designed with Publisher which is a Microsoft product so why it would cooperate is beyond me. Anyone else having a similar issue?

Serge, for delivery do I need to be there and unpack everything while the driver is there or can I do that later? I just want to know if I dont unpack the seats in front of him and there is an issue can I report it later?
Bill,
nope, a quick visual box inspection is all that is needed. We just have customers note and issues on the delivery receipt and these issues are resolved ASAP. Should the boxes have any tears they can be looked over without unpacking, if there is damage for some unforsaken reason then the damage is to be noted, we pay out of pocket for a replacement and get reimbursed by the freight company a few months later. Customers do not have to deal with the claims themselves, it iS a hassle that we take care of for you that other companies look over. Hope this helps.
Serge,
I will be ordering 2 rows of 3 of the Studio Collection seats. Will you be able to delay shipping til' first week of February? When's the last day to put in the order?

Hello centking...
I purchased the #7577 Loveseat Tan Micro Fiber. It comes in 3 boxes. Left and Right Chairs and the center piece. Very easy to put together. If you just kick up your feet it doesn't require any space behind the seat. If you recline straight back to almost flat it will stick out about 4 inches. Requires very little room to recline.
Hope that helps. Great Seats!!

correct. The boxes are 3ftx3ftx27.5" so the 27.5" size is key to get the boxes up/down the stairs and through an doorway, even a 28" door.

John,
1-2 week leadtime for delivery and yes you will receive an appointment for delivery. the carriers are specifically instructed to call, they cannot just show up with a bunch of large boxes on residential deliveries, that's a no no.
James,
we hope so too:)
only two days remaining before the powerbuy closes. Still time for members to get in, we just need your completed order or manual order form for those sending a check by 12AM on January 8th
Serge my chairs just arrived today. I will not get to set them up for a couple weeks but all three were wrapped on a pallet and the boxes look to be in good shape. The delivery company did call ahead of time and actually could have delived back on Tuesday if I had been around. I ordered last Wednesday so only took about a week, very fast service.
THis is my 2nd order from Serge, I ordered my first row of studios last October. They have held up very well. I use the theater everynight for tv and xbox and the seat I ue all the time is still in great shape. The other 2 which are not used as oftern are in nearly mint condition and this is with 2 young kids who are constantly jumping on them.
Well thanks again and please pull my name out of that prize hat!! :)

Serge, sent you a PM about the Showtimes.
Frank and Chris,
will do, going through the few orders and multitude of questions now. Thank you for all the inquiries.
BTW, How do most set up the second row? Should they have a full recline option? Does the showtimes lay back a bit without kicking out the foot rest? I read earlier that you don't watch a movie fully reclined as your head will be looking up so is there a movie lay back position?
Thanks
ellis,
the footrest goes up automatically once the recline is engaged. The back can be infinitely reclined in any position including the "movie" position but the foot rest will remain up when reclining. Hope this helps.
I went to Bel Furniture in Houston to look at Coaters. The Coaster styles were not actually listed. Two questions:
1. The chairs that appeared to be brown Studios seemed to be much more orange that they appear on various websites. Also much more orange than the brown Directors. Is this how they are supposed to be, or was this possibly a custom leather?
2. The Studios had a much more rigid leg raising system than the Directors. The Directors didn't seemed "locked" after they were raised. This seemed odd since the Studios and Directors appear to be identical other than the arms. Has anyone else noticed this? I want the legs to lock out "hard" when I raise my legs.

Serge,
I've been waiting to pull the trigger with this power buy until the last day for the following reasons:
1) We are moving into a new home scheduled to close 2/14 (but that is still somewhat an unknown, subject to builder completing on time) -- so I was originally hoping to delay taking delivery until then? Can we hold delivery that long?
2) If I take delivery now but leave them in boxes for a couple months will this create a problem if I find damage 2 months after taking delivery?
3) If I just wait to pull trigger later after the powerbuy how much will this effect the bottom line -- we pretty much decided on 1 row of 3 seats & 1 row of 4 seats in black leather Showtime Collection?
Really much of my concern is just not move in date delivery concerns but rather post-closing theater room activity (painting and some additional trim work -- messy stuff) and I won't be opening and setting up the theater chairs until I've completed some of that and just wanted some peace of mind if I should discover some unexpected damage inside the box? Plus I still want to get a good deal : )
Thoughts?
Joey
Placed my order tonight for the Showtimes. Was not really ready for seats but I could not pass it up. Thanks Serge.

Thoughts?
Joey
I am going by what I know and what serges has said hopefully its helpful.
1)Hes already said he can hold delivery for about 1 month.
2)I can almost guarantee that will cause a problem because there is no way the shipping company will accept a damage claim then. You could open them and check them then put them back in the box.
3)Serge has said there will be a price increase after the buy is done so I would expect a decent increase considering your talking 7 seats.
hi Joey,
we will take care of you in all cases but i suggest doing what i right for you. Personally i know from remodelling/building that when you have to work around things this is a major disadvantage. My suggestion is to order when you are ready, we can delay up to one month if this will help and if you order later it will affect the bottom line but not so much so on a "per seat" basis. If you are referring to possible hidden/unseen damage not evident at time of delivery i would open the boxes and do a visual inspection then seal them back up until the room is finished. Hope this helps.
jp,
the Studio #7564 do have an orangish brown tinge to them especially when comparing them side by side with the Directors. Many prefer this medium brown and is a popular choice if that's the color of choice for you.

Does it typically take a few days before recieving confirmation email? I placed order on 1/8 but have not gotten any confirmation yet? I don't know whether to send check now or wait until I get confirmation?
Thanks,
Joey
Joey,
we sent you a confirmation email on the 8th, let me resend it. We asked which address to use of the two you provided, this will depends greatly on how quickly your mail arrives for processing. I will ask that you confirm receipt to make sure there are no email issues. It's rare but sometimes if a member for exam-ple uses their work email there could be SPAM filters in place to keep the emails from getting through. This is one example only.

I know I missed this powerbuy, but I'm still quite interested and would like some input--from Serge but also any owners of the chairs out there--
I'm thinking about putting a row of 3 Paramounts in front and a row of 4 showtimes in the back. If I buy these all in black leather, will they all match, or might there be a difference between the styles?
Would they look goofy having two different styles in the room? I figure I'll have the cozier--more room for keyboard/mouse remotes in the front and I don't care so much what everyone else has to sit on?
Also, what kind of spacing am I going to need? I would have the Showtimes on a platform in the back, but I don't want the showtime footrest to ever hit someone's head who is reclining in the front.
Thanks--I hope many of you are enjoying your seats!

Serge your the man, I checked my tracking number yesterday and they were already waiting for my delivery. I didnt get a call because I guess they reversed a number on the freight bill, but in a week my seats are already sitting here for delivery. Sadly I cant take delivery until monday though.
Serge, when is the final prize draw?

I got in on this Powerbuy last week (1/6) with 7 Studio collection seats (in two rows) for our new home theatre. We won't get them until early February, but Serge was great to work with on the order (giving good advice I really needed). Thanks a bunch!
Serge, any answer on my PM? http://images.corvetteforum.com/images/smilies/toetap05.gif
Kim,
check your PM's for any order questions it is best to reach us via email for fastest service. We try to answer PM as quickly as possible but with the powerbuy and house remodel going on simultaneously we are not on the forum as much as we normally are.
Thanks

Got my 2 rows of 3 Studio black leather chairs on Friday. Serge was absolutely amazing to deal with! He was knowledgeable, courteous, and extremely helpful.
I recommend anyone thinking of purchasing home theater seats to purchase from him.
Thanks Serge!
Looking forward to getting my Showtimes!!
Hey Serge... I've probably missed it, but can you sell just a set of 2 instead of 3?
early prize draw winner was: 121
second prize winner: ellisz
first prize winner: italy23

Order my seats today 2 Rows of 3 Studios in black today along with some Buttkickers.... Missed the powerbuy but what can ya do... Prices are still good...
Looking forward to them...
Keith
mpotoka,
i have never been a fan of mixing and matching different styles but to each their own. For Paramounts in the front and Showtimes in the back i would leave minimum 40" or more between rows then you will be fine. A little more is better, i gave you the minimum.
bike,
powerbuy is over but now as we are in the midst of a major house remodel our website prices will remain in effect for another couple of weeks or so until i have a chance to make the increases and other minor changes and updates. Lots going on, have to take care of the powerbuy members and make certain everything is in order.
Thanks Keith!

Serge:
Thanks for your input. One other question. I am 6'8"--would you recommend one seat over another for most likely comfort, head support, leg support, etc?
Mike
Mike,
being that you are 6'8" (not sure how tall other members of your family or friends are) but for full head support you would want a taller back chair. I mean you can get more than comfortable but for full head support i would suggest a Berkline 094 or one of the models with a 44.5" back height. This is one of those rare cases. Regarding comfort that's a personal choice, everybody has their preferences in regards to what they deem comfortable.

I order my 2 rows of 3 last week along 2 Buttkickers. Has anyone done anything with a mount that would allow 1 BK to work across the whole row of seats.
My plan was to put the BKs in the center of the rows and hope the vibration was xfered to the other seats in the row. But, I was wondering if anyone has created anthing that could be mounted the row and then the BK mounted to that, like a 2X4 or something that could transfer the energy?
Does that make sense?

Where is the web site? I need some seats. I was just about to order the High Rollers from 4seating, Would like to check out some other options.
Here is the deal, I would prefer microfiber for the sound qualitys. I am pretty tall and would like to be able to rest my head. I also like the power seats. I need a row of 2 and a row of 3. My surrounds are in the celing so hight wont be a problem. rear seats will be on the back wall, so wall hugger is needed. Can do leather too.
hi Indiansprings,
a quick search should yield results to our store. Being that the powerbuy is now over we cannot due to forum rules post links or references to our store. Have to follow the guidelines but a quick search at the beginning of this thread should help answer your question.
Sorry i cannot be more specific.
Hope you dont mind me asking but I purchased a set of brown Studio Collection chairs from Serge back in late 05'. I just replaced all my furniture and need to get rid of these home theater chairs. They are in good shape. How much do you suppose I can sell these for used? I'm in the Baton Rouge/New Orleans, LA area.
Serge,
Got my 2 rows of 3 Studio Collection seats today. Perfect timing as I had just moved in to my new house 2 days ago. I haven't opened the boxes yet but I checked all 6 and they seem to be in good condition. Thank you for the prompt delivery! Much appreciated! My only gripe and regret was that I should have just went ahead and paid for white glove delivery. Them chairs are heeeaaavy! To make things worse is that they're gonna be in the upstairs bonus room (the only 2nd floor room of my new house) and my back is already killing me from weeks of packing and moving! Should've paid extra!!!
I got my Showtimes last week. Very nice chairs. I am looking forward to getting them in the theater ... as soon as it is done. I had a bit of a dilemma with the shipping company. Serge was there through the whole process.
Excellent guy to deal with!
