Back in October Time Warner came up with a new channel lineup and we got something called "Time Warner Digital Cable (rebuild)" or something similar that we had to change to in order to continue to get the correct channels; they still displayed a channel lineup for "Time Warner digital cable" but that was the old lineup.

Yesterday, all of my replays indicated they had no guide data since a selected provider was missing. Scheduled recordings were failing to record. When I looked, the "rebuild" lineup was no longer offered but the "Time Warner Digital Cable" lineup had been modified to be the new lineup. After re-selecting the lineup and allowing the new guide data to download/combine, all is well again.

I had the same problem today. The Time Warner Line Up I was using was gone and there was no guide or channels available. I missed about two days of recordings. Warning messages were on my replay but I never look at them. I had to setup all 3 of my replays for the change.

ReplayTV is still the best thing I ever bought for watching TV (beside a TV).

The same thing happened to me with TWC. They removed the "Digital Rebuild" channels I was using, and now just have "Digital." This screwed up all my channels, and my IRC Codes. Replay just wasn't working yesterday morning, and I finally figured out what the problem was. I had to go through the setup thing again, and d/l all the channels and program guide information. The only warnings I got from Replay were several channels that I planned to record from were no longer available.

All I have to say is it's a good thing for having experience with this in the past, and for the help I've gotten from this forum. I don't know how a "normal" mom and pop user ever could figure this stuff out. One firmware update to my cable guide, and RPTV needs to be adjusted again. It's a pain!
