I loved my Harmony Remote Xbox 360 so much that I decided to buy my parents a H 659 for Christmas. However, when I installed the software it doesn't load. This happened on two separate computers.

Anybody have any idea what can be causing the problem? I can't even program my remote 'cause the software won't load and it's getting very frustrating

Did you ever get it to work? I had the same problem with my laptop PC but had success with a different laptop model and with my desktop PC. Frustrating but at least I could proceed.

I had called Logitech support and the guy was clueless. The remote shows up in Device Manager under HID devices and the Harmony software INSTALLED without error. HOWEVER, when I try to LAUNCH the Harmony program NOTHING happens! Even trying to run the web-based version is useless. It's as if the software can't see the remote on that one laptop.

That said, now that I have got the 659 programmed via the other system(s) it works great and we love it!
