ok, So i just got the thing today.
I need help, its gonna take a while for the company to get back to my email cause their phone doesnt work.
I turned the thing on and i adjusted all the speaker settings and what not. I turned my xbox on and it sounds fine for the first few seconds and it shuts off. I cant get the thing to turn on againn. When it does turn on (rarely) it shuts off after about 5 seconds ( im not even giving it any sound.)
Anyone else have this problem and what did you do?

I'm not sure of how you have the audio input connected (coax, optical, or analog) but if its through the optical connection you may need to get a new toslink cable.
If thats not the issue then you may need to replace fuse, but once you get it working you will see how powerful this system really is. Good Luck.

Is it the system that won't come back on (are the lights on in the controller unit) or just the sound? I don't think this product is getting much support from API anymore - especially since the ownership changed. If you can't get it to work my recommendation is to return it for a new working version. At the current sales price it is one of the best deals in audio.

Do you still have it? I would buy it from you even with the issues...
