Hi everybody,
I am new to the AVS Forum, so if I post on the wrong area, please let me know.
I just bought a new Samung HLS6187W DLP from Target online.
I noticed that there's a big white spot when the movie's has a dark scene. The white spot cannot be seen with other color scene.
I do some research on the internet. I think this is known as the snowball effect, but I am not sure it's easy fix or not. Also, is this a common problem for the Samsung DLP TV. Since I have the TV for less than 5 days, I will probably return the TV to get a replacement. But I want to make sure that's not a common problem for Samsung DLP.
Also, I don't know everybody know that Target online extended warranty is only $79, which included a bulb replacement.
