View Full Version : Wii availability?
Grasschopper 01-15-08, 06:32 AM You know I was thinking about it...no chance inhell a local Target or Walmart would EVER rder 100 units for a week...maybe maybe over Christmas. This thing is obviously the iPod of Nintendo. The Walmart manager yesterday said the DS Lite was selling nearly as fast and no store in her zone had any of those either.
anotherdaydown 01-15-08, 07:58 AM I used Walmarts inventory tracker over the weekend and it showed two stores in town having Wii's in stock. I called both stores and they swear up and down they haven't seen a Wii since before Christmas. My better half works in the pharmacy at Walmart and she called asking as if a customer was looking for one and they told her the same thing.
I know a guy that has one new with receipt but wants $350 for it. I would pay $300 for one but man, I just can't see paying what could go towards a couple of extra games just to get one right this second.
Grasschopper 01-15-08, 09:29 AM Is Walmart's inventory tracker on the web?
anotherdaydown 01-16-08, 09:13 AM Go to this link ---->
walmart.com/search/search-ng.do?search_constraint=0&search_query=ps3&ic=24_0
After the page loads paste this link in the address bar------>
javascript : openSlapOverlay(7855161) <---------Thats for the wii instore search (It kept putting in an emoticon so you'll have to take the spaces out from either side of the colon...)
Then hit enter.
Type in your zip code and you should get your results...
Grasschopper 01-16-08, 09:47 AM That is awesome thanks.
anotherdaydown 01-16-08, 11:13 AM That is awesome thanks.
No problem man...
I wish it were a little more accurate in my area or the associates at Wally-World wouldn't lie. One or the other..
Grasschopper 01-16-08, 11:30 AM Well I used it and all it says is out of stock everywhere for 70 miles. One interesting note is that we have 2 stores in my town and it only shows one of them.
anotherdaydown 01-16-08, 11:55 AM Mine shows limited stock at 2 stores across town but again they say they don't have them.

That's pretty cool. Amazing why all stores don't have this yet (and it being correct, I've never had circuitcity.com's be correct for me).
Grasschopper 01-18-08, 06:42 PM Ok so there is another issue with that web link...it only updates stock once a day...so it never catches if a store gets a shipment in and then sells though them.
Eh whatever.
I was just at BB to buy a DS and they say they no store in their region has seen a DS or a Wii since Christmas. So same story from them that I got from Target.
dad1153 01-23-08, 10:51 AM If you're in the midtown NYC area run (don't walk) to the Gamestop store outside the Manhattan Mall on 6th Ave. and 33rd Street. Just spotted a truckload of Wii's (at least 24 units) just sitting there waiting for customers to pounce on them come lunchtime. :)
Grasschopper 01-23-08, 11:40 AM I signed up for Wiialerts and have been getting notices recently but they are for bundles I don't want to buy (6 games of which I only want 1). Local stores got a few in this week but they sold very quickly.
I think store stock is coming soon...ok well I hope it is.
I scored one at my local Best Buy at lunch today. I was in the store getting a price adjustment on a DVD I bought last week and just for laughs decided to ask the salesguy when he thought they'd be getting some. Much to my surprise he said "I think I have one left in back. We got 4 in this morning." Sure enough, he came out with one. As we were walking to the register he commented that it was their first shipment of Wiis since Christmas Eve.
Grasschopper 01-24-08, 05:58 AM Yea my BB got 8 on Tuesday...same story, first shipment shince Christmas. They had a TON of accessories which they have never had before. DDR, gun and sports add ons games...all sorts of things. I was a little pissed because I caled on Tues and the guy didn't even look, just said no, no Wiis.
Whatever, I really think in the next couple of weeks we may start seing store stock...just a feeling I get from the number of alerts I am getting on Wiialerts...those bundles stink though.
pdawg17 01-24-08, 10:50 AM How do you know when there is store stock though? Are there Wii alerts for that?
Grasschopper 01-24-08, 11:06 AM Nah you have to call or go to the store. I just went to Walmart, Gamestop, CC, BB and Target over lunch. Gamestop said they got 8 units today and sold out within 15 min. None of the other stores got a shipment in today.
sccofer 01-24-08, 04:38 PM Walmart has them in stock on-line right now but it is the stupid bundle with games that you probably don't want.....

Grasschopper 01-24-08, 06:12 PM Yup I ordered it...got to love Walmart...you can return anything. I will be returning all of the games for store credit and buying stuff I want. :D
Woo Hoo I have Wiied....um is that a word? LOL

Depending on the store, but they normally will not take back the games in a bundle with your "receipt". So take them back without the receipt and tell them you lost it.
UNCMo96 01-24-08, 07:59 PM I just ordered an EB games bundle that's actually not a bad deal. You get the wii, extra nunchuk, wii play with remote, zelda tp, metroid prime, charging station, and wii sd card. You get a little jacked on the card (since it's a wii sd card as opposed to the regular one) and on the shipping but the games are decent. I ordered it on Sunday and I just got a UPS tracking number today.

I tried to EXCHANGE a game for another at my Walmart recently and was shot down...I couldn't risk a Walmart bundle at my store...
Franchot 01-25-08, 12:11 AM Thought seriously about the Wal-Mart bundle, but the tax and excessive shipping charges brought me to my senses.
adwerehouse 02-08-08, 10:08 AM Dude, what is with the secrecy surrounding the Wii availability. I called 3 different Target stores in my area and met with not-so-veiled hostility and contempt (at 2 out of 3 stores) when I asked if they had any Wii's in stock ('NO') and if they knew when they were going to get more in stock. I'm sure they get that question a LOT, but they don't have to be a-holes about it! I think they're told NOT to divulge any information about Wii availability to people who call. Just a hunch...
ThisOneKidMongo 02-08-08, 11:20 AM Well, not that I'm defending the attitude of your usual retail employee, but really, if I were asked ten million times a day whether the Wii was in stock, when it never is, I'd probably start being a little rude myself, and by rude I mean, hail of bullets. I mean, think of how many snide housewives or punk teens alone probably take it out on them over the phone, as if the shortages are their fault personally...
Mobius_570 02-08-08, 01:34 PM Wilkes Barre PA area got a new shipment today. Gamestop, EB, and FYE all received a few today. I found one at FYE as Gamestop and EB were already sold out.

Update: on a whim, I called my local Target this past Saturday morning to see if they had gotten any Wii's in overnight. I was delighted to hear that they HAD! I drove like a madman to the store and picked one up at regular MSRP (NOT the $677 Wal-Mart bundle or anything!). Think I'm gonna go play some Wii Tennis. Best of luck to anyone who's still searching for a Wii unit. Btw, my iTrackr didn't work at all!

My local Toys R Us was running the Wii as the centerpiece of their Sunday 2/10 print ad. Had been told earlier in the week by a TRU employee that they were getting an unknown # of Wiis in, but would not put them out for sale until 2/10. Store was telling folks to show up @ 9:00am to claim a ticket to hold a Wii.
As much as I wanted one, I did not feel like loitering around a TRU prior to openng to maybe get one. Did call @ 10:15 to find that only one remained in stock & that it was claimed by an early-bird, awaiting purchase.
Later that afternoon, the wife, kids & I were in one of our local Target stores. While walking past electronics, I noticed a lone Wii box behind the glass doors of the Nintendo area. Grabbed an employee & said "That Wii in there? I WANT IT!!". Turned out that this Target had got 35 in stock on Saturday 2/9. The one I got + 2 already on hold for other customers behind the counter were all that was left.
That Wii Boxing can be quite an aerobic workout. The wife is happy with that!
Nathan_R 02-11-08, 11:31 AM I finally managed to grab one this morning from a local Target. Of course, I went to 23 different stores over the last 24 hours to find one. My birthday was Friday and this was a belated gift to myself. Yay! I felt like an 8 year old again and was so flustered/excited about finding one that I ended up buying a ton of stuff that was already included in the box (wireless bar, wiisports, nunchuk). Oops. Guess I have to make another trip to Target tonight and do some exchanges! :D
adwerehouse 02-11-08, 05:45 PM Kudos on finding a Wii at Target! It may be too late, but if you have a Sam's Club in your area, they offer a Wii Component video cable/charging station (including rechargeable batteries) for $34. I picked one up the day after I got my Wii and the rechargeable batteries charge up pretty quickly. Just my $.02.
BASHERS33 02-11-08, 06:49 PM Wow really cool it is still so hard to find.

Argh, I wish I had seen your post before I went on my second wii spending spree last night. That sounds like a great deal!
BASHERS33 02-12-08, 05:49 PM Ya know, this is unrelated, but the Wii release schedule is absolutely terrible this year. I don't care about SSB:Brawl. So the only games I am interested in are mlb 2l8 which appears like it will be bad, mario kart which wont be out for months and months, and wii fit which doesn't even have a release date at all! It's only TBA 2008! THEN top that off with the fact that a new zelda game hasn't even been announced and considering it takes years after they even announce it, I would not be surprised if it's 2010 or 2011 before even having a true wii zelda game.
ThisOneKidMongo 02-12-08, 06:12 PM You have a point there, Basher. I mean, I am salivating for SSBB so I haven't really bothered to look past it on the release calendar, but...you're right. Has anyone heard of anything in the pipeline through like, Christmas? I guess there's Rock Band at some point, but we really shoulda had that weeks if not months ago. More troubling is that the Wii has already had an iteration of nearly all of Nintendo's major franchises (Mario, Zelda, Metroid), which means it will be two-three years at least before those come around again.
I know Factor 5 is rumored to be working on a new Kid Icarus game, and there's Mario Kart and Wii Fit like you said; plus Animal Crossing at some point, I'm sure. But who knows when any of those will hit?

I haven't seen anything on the Wii version of mlb2k8...do you have a link to any info?
BASHERS33 02-12-08, 10:54 PM I haven't seen anything on the Wii version of mlb2k8...do you have a link to any info?
Not really. Only thing I saw was a very small comment on gamespot and it said you use the nunchuk which makes me assume you dont even swing anything to swing the bat! I am sure it will be a button push for the bat and that alone would make me not want it.
I have a 360, and am getting a PS3, and my gf wants the Wii. Every since she played one she's been obsessed about it, so... i decided i would get one for her birthday (This Sunday). I went to BB to pick one up, and much to my dismay, they had none.
I went to a few more stores and called several more... and now i've come here only to figure out that Wii's are as scarce as a day w/o a Britney Spears scandal....
So, I have a few questions to ask in which I hope the answers will help reveal the mystery of the Elusive Wii...
1. I here about these Wii Alerts... do they help? How do i sign up if they do?
2. I was told the question to ask the salesperson you get is "Do you have any Wii's?" "NO" "Has your truck come today?"
One rep said, "Our truck came, but the Nintendo Truck has not come, the Wii's come straight from Nintendo and we have no idea if/when they're coming".
Is this true? If so, how can i find these dang trucks?
3. Any other tips on how to get a stinkin Wii by this weekend?
My local BB dude told me the best bet is to look online on saturday night/sunday morning at 12am when the new Ad comes out, and if the Wii is featured in the ad, then to line up on Sunday morning before they open to ensure I get one. He said they've been receiving more and more now...like anywhere between 60-100 per shipment a couple times per week.
I live in New Hampshire and have called every EB Games, Gamestop and Best Buy in the area. My last question...
4. Which stores actually SELL the Wii?
thanks.... this is a pain!
shagino 02-13-08, 07:06 AM Wii Alerts does work. I got my parents one this Christmas through it. Doubt you will get it by the weekend though.
If you are willing enough to drive to NY, the Nintendo store in NYC gets Wii's EVERY day. You will have to get there early though. Call them to find out.
Good Luck!
Nathan_R 02-13-08, 08:11 AM phorts, where are you physically located?
Edit: I am blind and didn't read all of your post. Oops.
Mobius_570 02-13-08, 08:53 AM 1. Wii alerts are helpful
2. Toys R Us and Best Buy seem to hold shipments until Sunday, but you need to get there early before they open and stand in line.
3. EB, Gamestop, and FYE put theirs out as soon as they get them.
Your best bet in getting one by the weekend is to check with EB, Gamestop, or FYE and see what time they receive UPS shipments. If you can get to the store as UPS is dropping off, you can snag one that way. This is what worked for me, and good luck!

Thanks everyone for the helpful info! I am located in Merrimack, NH and have BB's, a TRU, 6 EB's, a couple Gamestops, an FYE and a few other stores around, and have been calling them every day for the past 4 days w/ no luck. I'm going to sign up for Wii Alerts right now.
I took the day off today so i'm hoping that I can snag one in my travels... looks like i'll have to cross all my fingers and toes to do it!
...just signed up for Wii Alerts... here's hopin.
So, I'd still like to know if Wii's are shipped to stores in separate Nintendo Trucks as one BB Rep has told me.... If so, i might just sit outside BB all day and wait for the little bastid...hahaha...
BASHERS33 02-13-08, 09:41 AM I think the person wasn't correct that Nintendo ships it separate, but I guess it's possible. Good luck. I waited in line for many hours when it first launched and now I am glad I did becuase even that was less painful than how it would be to find one after that date.
Nathan_R 02-13-08, 10:37 AM For what it's worth, don't forget to check/call Target (hey, I scored mine there) first thing in the morning.
If you want to buy online, I followed wiitracker.com for a while. It looked fairly reliable, but I wasn't about to spend $500 on a TRU bundle.

I've never heard of any Nintendo trucks delivering Wii's to retailers. A Target associate I talked to last Friday afternoon, told me that they get their Wii shipments via FedEx (which also sheds more doubt on the "Nintendo Truck" theory) and that they (unfortunately) have NO idea when they're getting more--they just get them whenever they get them (I know, great news!).
I was lucky enough to snag one at my local Target store this past Saturday morning. I simply called them up (at 9am local time) and asked if they had (by chance) received any Wii's overnight. I count myself lucky (no long hours in line in the cold, etc.).
I have 2 pieces of advice: (1) Call your local Target every morning to see if they have gotten any Wii's in overnight. The receptionists are being trained to answer that exact question, so no need to be transferred to 'Electronics'. (2) Stop by your local Target (or other retailer) around lunch time; I've heard that they sometimes get Wii shipments in mid-day, so you may get lucky and score one that way. The good news is: I've heard that Wii shipments to the US are picking up, so we should be seeing increased supply pretty soon.
Happy Hunting!
Just got back from yet another unsuccessful Wii hunt. Target, Sears, BB, Gamestop and 7-11 didnt have any.....
Yeah, they're all confirming there is no such thing as a "Wii" truck. It's mostly UPS. Target said that they get them in during the week in small shipments (5-15) but my best chance is to call them on a wednesday/thursday and see if the Wii is in the flyer for that week. That would mean that there would be about 80-100 available for sale on Sunday morning (8am..yuck) and to wait outside before they open. They said they werent in the flyer for this week, so earliest would be next Sunday...
This is basically what Best Buy told me....except it's almost a sure thing every Sunday they'll have "some"..
So..no Wii alerts today... I got the flowers, card and reservations locked up for tomorrow... (crap why didnt i get a birthday card while i was there! DOH!)...
now for the Wii.... ugh.
Woohoo! I just got my Wii!
I got an alert from Wiialerts.com on my cell, an was sitting at my computer (as i pretty much always am at work) and low and behold, Circuitcity had some bundles in stock.
I frantically hurried through the pages and quickly picked my accessories (the Bundle is the Wii Console, + 4 games/accessories from a short list).
I checked out w/o creating a login and WHAM! Punched in the CC and my order is DONE! Only thing is i chose to have it shipped.... i should have chosen in store pickup.... im gunna call now to see if i can have it switched...
I got the Wii, Wii Play (comes w/ extra remote), Nyko Charger (for 2 remotes), Mario Party 8 and Mario Galaxy - for $435... (no, you dont get a discount on the bundle..they just make you buy all that crap...whatever)
I'll probably return/exchange the two games for something else...
WOOHOO!!
Thanks everyone for your help!
PS - Wiialerts.com is the ONLY place to go for alerts... all the other sites suck (__)__) these guys are on top of their crap...you just have to be on top of yours!
WizarDru 02-14-08, 09:21 AM You have a point there, Basher. I mean, I am salivating for SSBB so I haven't really bothered to look past it on the release calendar, but...you're right. Has anyone heard of anything in the pipeline through like, Christmas?
[shrug] I guess if you don't see anything interesting, I don't know what you're looking for.
No More Heroes is out and is getting great reviews across the board. Dragon Quest Swords is due out in a week. Okami for the Wii is due out next month. Sega Superstar Tennis is showing up only a week after SSMB. Opoona, Bully and Baroque are also next month. The House of the Dead collection is due out next month. Spielberg's Boomblox and Rygar are due in May. Lego Indiana Jones and Samba di Amigo Wii are due in June. Mario Kart Wii is due sometime by June.
Frankly, that looks to me to be a pretty solid line-up for the next few months. And that doesn't include the Wiiware titles that are due to arrive, possibly in March, like the Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles game.
Mobius_570 02-14-08, 09:49 AM Glad to see you found one phorts!
adwerehouse 02-14-08, 10:43 AM Hey, phorts, Wii to go...I mean way to go! ;) Glad you FINALLY tracked one down!
ThisOneKidMongo 02-14-08, 12:35 PM I appreciate what you're trying to do there, if a bit over-defensively, but would you think me a total jerk if I said that none of those terribly interest me? Except No More Heroes of course, which I've had since release and logged about 25 hours on by this point. I may pick up Okami, but I sort of chafe at the notion that a port of a year-old+ PS2 game is a tentpole Wii release. Ditto for Bully and Rygar.
Sega Superstar Tennis...aside from my lack of interest in sports games, uh, Sega isn't exactly the developer they used to be. Dragon Quest Swords looks to be fairly shallow considering the franchise it's attached to -- maybe fun for ten hours but not really anything I feel like spending $50 on. I'll admit I need to look into Opoona and Baroque more. The rest simply don't look like my cup of tea.
Lastly, if Mario Kart Wii actually makes its purported June release, and is not delayed even once, I will literally eat the entire right side of my body. Okay, not really. But I still highly doubt it.
I apologize for being nitpicky, but that's just my take on things. If the release calendar pleases you, by all means, more power to you. I just feel like more people will come down on my side than yours, as evidenced by the endless throng of people who complain the Wii never gets any good games. Not that I personally mind the release schedule very much, by the way. I typically buy no more than 6-8 games a year, so I'm choosy. And I really expect SSBB to keep me busy for years, just like its predecessors.[shrug] I guess if you don't see anything interesting, I don't know what you're looking for.

Nathan_R 02-14-08, 02:00 PM Congrats, phorts. You really didn't spend too much, considering what most bundles cost. :)
Thanks guys!
Yeah, i'm pretty psyched (well, my gf will be so that pretty much means i am too). I was kinda freakin out during checkout so i got Mario Party (yeah, that's goin back!) I didnt want to lose it just because I was debating over a game.... I figure we would've bought all that crap anyways so i'm happy.
I called Circuit City to try to change the address or to have it changed to in-store pickup, both denied. Good news is it's coming 1 day earlier than originally expected.
That site friggin rules.. I was WAY skeptical, but they really are sweet.
That's wiialerts.com again. You have to pretty much be near a computer at all times, and have the Wii Alerts website on your shortcuts bar in IE or on your desktop cuz you gotta get in there QUICK. Those sold out in 5 minutes... I'm most happy because I dont have to wake up sunday morning to get stand in line and freeze my arse off only to MAYBE get a Wii... ugh.
Good luck to everyone else!
Just bought a Wii bundle @ Costco today (Chula Vista, CA). It includes a Wii console, Wii Play w/bonus remote, extra Wii nunchuk & Super Mario Galaxy!
I have been looking for a long time too . . . :)
firstolevia 02-14-08, 08:51 PM I've heard alot people complaining about the availability of the wii, i am not into video games but a friend told me the wii was fun so I just went to my local target and got the wii with the sports game ( i guess they come standard) and one controller and the chuck. First place I look and they had it, they also had the component cables and all kinds of stuff... Well my question is which game do you recomend that is good for exercising, i don't want games that are played like a conventional video games. I want my kid my wife and myself to actually get a little interaction not just sitting around the tv (reason why i got the wii and not a ps).... is there a game where the controller acts like a sword or something....again, as you can see i am not into games (but i got to admit this is pretty fun)
Thanks alot for your help!!!

Frankly, that looks to me to be a pretty solid line-up for the next few months. And that doesn't include the Wiiware titles that are due to arrive, possibly in March, like the Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles game.
Because I really only like mario kart games, zelda games, sports games, and want something else similar to wii sports. It seems like nothing good is coming out for any of those categories except mario kart and it keeps getting pushed back.
adwerehouse 02-15-08, 10:37 AM I've heard alot people complaining about the availability of the wii, i am not into video games but a friend told me the wii was fun so I just went to my local target and got the wii with the sports game ( i guess they come standard) and one controller and the chuck.
Firstolevia--I would suggest Tennis or Boxing. Both sports get you up on your feet and moving around quite a bit. There is also a Mario/Sonic Olympics Game, which I imagine requires a LOT of movement. Enjoy!
APorter 02-15-08, 12:31 PM Has anyone purchased a bundle from Toy's R Us and had success returning any unwanted games for store credit?
firstolevia 02-15-08, 07:54 PM the boxing from the sports disc included? I love it but it seems like every punch I throw goes to the face!! I don't know if the problem is the game not being beffy since its a freebe or if my control is not working properly!(it seems to work fine with the other games!! any ideas why? is there a better boxing game out there? thanks
SpeedyHTPC 02-15-08, 08:21 PM No, but I did get one from Toys R Us yesterday that wasnt part of a bundle.
BASHERS33 02-15-08, 08:49 PM You got another Wii when you have been complaining about the first one? Or you bought a game?
SpeedyHTPC 02-16-08, 01:43 AM No I got another Wii to sell or give. For $250, why not. Those are two completely different reasons.
firstolevia 02-16-08, 08:03 PM i just got the wii play, and the extra remote and I must say that game is a pos (imho). Its not worth the extra 10 bucks, If I would have known i would have just gotten the remote for 40 and the chuck for 20. Do you need to play all the games in order? Its really bad... Just glad I can now play boxing with others...
update... I was able go to any game without going in order and I must say i was over reacting. Its not bad at all for 10 bucks. I guess I was just expecting something like wii sports... overall decent buy...
BASHERS33 02-17-08, 05:56 AM No I don't think you have to play them in order. At least I don't recall doing that. I think it was probably worth $10 although I have not played it in ages.
dragonyeuw 02-17-08, 09:17 AM I just got a Wii this past monday At Nintendo World in NYC @ 48 and 5th,Rockafella Plaza.Got there about 9:30am,there was maybe 10 people in front of me and at least twice as many behind me.They had them stacked behind the cash registers amd judging from what I saw,not everyone was going to get one.But from what I've heard,Nintendo world gets them daily so if you're ever in that area, get there early......It was kinda funny seeing grown adults in there walking off with their paid Wiis with huge grins on their faces, like kids in a candy shop.
SpeedyHTPC 02-17-08, 09:35 AM I think the Wii shortage will be over soon. I went to two TRUs and saw many Wiis on the shelf and just heard that many ToysRUs had a big shipment to all stores. But everyone that came in did buy them up fast.
angle_slam 02-18-08, 08:40 PM I think the Wii shortage will be over soon. I went to two TRUs and saw many Wiis on the shelf and just heard that many ToysRUs had a big shipment to all stores. But everyone that came in did buy them up fast.
What makes you think the shortage will be over soon. As long as people are doing things like this, they'll be hard to find in the stores:
No I got another Wii to sell or give. For $250, why not. Those are two completely different reasons.
Not that I blame you. If I happened to be in TRU or Target when they got a shipment in, I'd pick up more than the 1 I want because you can make $80+ on each Wii you buy.
Which Toys R Us had them? I was just in the Redwood City one and they told me the same thing that every store has told me since I started looking last month, "No, we don't have any in stock. No, we don't know when we'll be getting more in."
One would suspect that the shortage should end. After all, Nintendo somehow sold 1.2 million units in December, but only 200k units in January. They obviously have the capability to make a million units per month, they just aren't right now.
SpeedyHTPC 02-19-08, 12:59 PM The new TRU on Monterey Road and Tully Road in San Jose had about 8 of them this past weekend (it is sold out now). I got another one and they had 50% off any game (BTW Boogie aint that bad for $30). GH3 was $69 there for that time. You'd be sent away or denied a second purchase. Bring more people with CC's if you want to do that. I just happened to be in Reno, NV on vacation last week and casually walked into some TRU with my kids and looked over at the electronics. There were 8 Wiis there too with 3 people buying. There were 4 left when I left.
They always say what you quoted because they truly dont know.
The reason why I think the shortage will come to an end is because of the dramatic decline of units sold between Dec 07 and Jan 08. You can't even see one one the shelf before then.
Since you're in the bay area, check craigslist. You cannot make $80 per Wii. With tax the Wii comes out to $268. They are selling on craigslist for $310. Thats barely $50. If thats a lot of money for you, go for it. It isn't to me and the gas for driving around TRUs isnt worth it. At TRU, most who bought it asked for a gift receipt which you know what thats for. The prices are coming down.
WizarDru 02-19-08, 03:25 PM I appreciate what you're trying to do there, if a bit over-defensively, but would you think me a total jerk if I said that none of those terribly interest me?
Why would I think you're a jerk? I wasn't trying to tell you that you had poor taste, I was just trying to clarify that there are a LOT of games coming for the Wii, is all. When I see a statement like "Has anyone heard of anything in the pipeline through like, Christmas?", I just wanted to clarify. There's a difference between saying that and saying "I don't see any games coming that are worth playing".
Okami coming with 480p support, some wii controls and 16:9 IS an improvement over the original release, but your point is taken. But given how under-appreciated Okami was on the PS2 (I mean, I didn't get it, myself), I think it's a fair sight better than Bully, which is definitely a cash-in. Rygar, afaik, is an entirely new game with the license exclusive for the Wii, not an adaption of the last game from the PS2.
I mean, I'm not thrilled with the Wii release schedule...I've been getting more 360 games than Wii games so far this year. I expect that to change, though...especially with the influx of RPGs that are coming, something the 360 sorely lacks (Mass Effect notwithstanding).
Because I really only like mario kart games, zelda games, sports games, and want something else similar to wii sports. It seems like nothing good is coming out for any of those categories except mario kart and it keeps getting pushed back.
Have you tried Mario and Sonic at the Olympics? I just tried it when visiting my nephews yesterday, and it definitely has a Wii Sports feel going for it. And if you haven't played Okami on the PS2, then you might really like it, as it's generally considered to be as Zelda as they come without actually BEING Zelda. :)
SpeedyHTPC 02-19-08, 03:51 PM Did I really say that? My god..what the hell was I thinking? Did I really say I like mario kart games, ZELDA games??????
bashers33, please prove them wrong for me. I DO NOT LIKE MOST Nintendo 1st party games. Jesus...I dont even like the little italian plumber but Ninty insists on having him in all their games.
You know, I did try Mario and Sonic at the Olympics. Why the hell is it so limited to picking a circuit? I sort of liked it...wanted to like it. I'd give it a 6.0.
We got some Wii's yesterday.. We still might have them.. Best Buy 142.. Milpitas, CA..
angle_slam 02-19-08, 08:27 PM Since you're in the bay area, check craigslist. You cannot make $80 per Wii. With tax the Wii comes out to $268. They are selling on craigslist for $310. The prices on Ebay are a lot higher. $330 seems to be the going rate. Is $80 a lot of money? No. But it looks like a lot of auctions are from people who buy 5 or more Wiis at a time. If you want a Wii, might as well buy 6 of them, keep one, and sell the other 5. Even at $50 profit per unit, you're nearly breaking even. Unfortunately, that's why the stores are selling out so fast--people know they can make $50-$80 just by being at the right place at the right time.
EDIT: Checking on Craigslist, most are listed at $330 or higher, though there are a few listed at $300. Even a couple at $250 (they're selling at a loss, if they paid sales tax, which makes absolutely no sense and screams "SCAM").
BASHERS33 02-19-08, 08:56 PM Speedy I am pretty sure you did say you liked the Zelda game, unless I am mistaken.
I don't like Mario anymore either other than mario kart games.

Mea Culpa. You totally DID NOT say that. Bashers33 did and I misquoted. My apologies! That's what I get for not being careful when cutting-and-pasting and then posting as I'm running out the door. :P
I tried Mario & Sonic over the weekend with one of my nephews and thought it was kind of cute (but found the ping pong game kind of annoying, with the super power-ups). I haven't gotten it for my family and am not likely to (unless my kids ask for it).
I'm prolly going to pick up Dragonquest: Swords. I've had SSBB on pre-order for a long time and Mario Kart Wii is a given. Okami is a certainty (especially as the initial buzz is sounding very positive for the Wii version (http://www.joystiq.com/2008/02/19/gdc08-okami-wider-is-better/)).
I've been trying to find a Wii for my boss (having found one for a friend and my nephews in the past), but it seems like it's harder NOW than it was about a year ago this time. Which is CRAZY.
So, on topic..these things aren't hard to find, they just require a small amount of persistence. Last year, it took three days of morning visits to best buy. This year, only two. ;)
BASHERS33 02-20-08, 06:44 PM wierdo, butttttt it may be harder in some areas. I have to keep repeating that... that if it's not hard to find in one area doesn;'t mean it isn't in others. :)
I don't know how hard it is to find here.
angle_slam 02-20-08, 07:54 PM So, on topic..these things aren't hard to find, they just require a small amount of persistence. Last year, it took three days of morning visits to best buy. This year, only two. ;)
No, they are still hard to find. Went to half a dozen stores this weekend in a fruitless search. Checked the Game Stop inventory on-line, only to find that every store that listed as having it in stock sold out within an hour. Subscribed to an on-line service and was informed that Amazon had them in stock. But in the 5 minutes it took me to walk from my car to my office desk, Amazon had sold out. It's frustrating as hell and quite frankly, not worth my effort to continue this search.
If you really need one at a specific time (birthday present, etc.), Ebay, Craigslist, and the like still the best shot at getting it. Third party sellers are snatching every console as soon as they hit the shelves (both real shelves and virtual shelves). Heck, even if you don't need it at a specific time, you can save yourself a weekend of searching by just going to Ebay.
Personally, I don't need it for any particular reason. And I'm not willing to give someone with a bunch of free time a $50-80 premium. So I'm just going to wait until an on-line service notifies me if it is available. But I'm done searching for it at a B&M store.
wierdo, butttttt it may be harder in some areas. I have to keep repeating that... that if it's not hard to find in one area doesn;'t mean it isn't in others. :)
Unless the stores aren't getting any inventory at all, it works the same way everywhere. Show up at 10am (or whenever the store opens). Talk to an employee.
The Best Buys around here get Wiis in at least once a week, but it's never the same day, and they always set them out in the morning.
BTW, I was able to get another one for a friend on Amazon today, too. a-ztracker works like a champ. Buzzer goes off, you flip over to the page and buy. Of course, they hadn't had any in since the 12th, and they sold out in around 5 minutes, so that's not really a useful option unless you're at your computer all day, like I am.
If you do what I did when I was looking for one last year and sit at home waiting for online inventory, you will be disappointed.
Shoe leather usage is important to success. You just have to talk to the employees and know the routine the given store has and be there daily at the appropriate time for up to a week. (or however long they have between shipments) I had no success with any of the trackers last year. Other people are just too fast.
Of course, what do I know, the Best Buy didn't run out until sometime after lunch.
All that said, I did once see exactly one Wii sitting on the shelf in a Target at 7 o'clock at night last year, so it is rarely possible to just find them.
Granted, if your area has people lining up at the moment the stores open only to run to see if there are Wiis in stock, you may not be so successful.
Just be at Target several hours before open this Sunday morning and get a ticket and have yourself a merry little Wiistmas, unless of course your Best Buy happens to have some in between now and then. ;)

And what person with a typical daytime job can go to Best Buy at 10 am every day for a week?
number1laing 02-22-08, 11:40 PM My girlfriend desperately wants a Wii. She hasn't played a damn videogame in over a decade haha.
Now, before any fanboys say that this sort of thing proves Nintendo is right, she will buy the system, play Wii Sports (by her own admission that's all she cares about) for a bit, make a Mii, then it'll sit next to the VCR for all of eternity. She's not gonna be dropping loads of money into Nintendo's coffers (though they do make some scratch off the initial purchase).
Anyway, it seems like the big N still hasn't gotten their act together, huh? Pretty pitiful. I told her if I am at a store and see one I'll pick it up but I'm not going to jump through hoops. Last summer I saw them in stores quite a bit. Guess she'll have to wait until then!
SpeedyHTPC 02-23-08, 07:59 PM Speedy I am pretty sure you did say you liked the Zelda game, unless I am mistaken.
I don't like Mario anymore either other than mario kart games.
The Wii's Zelda game was one I actually went out and bought because I was so giddy with the newly purchased Wii. I played it nearly to the end, just to give it more time to soak in and say maybe I was wrong about it. But at the end I gave up. I didnt like it after all.
Some people call me not liking Mario "bashing the Wii". I like the Wii but I seriously hate the Wii trying to be a Gamecube.
SpeedyHTPC 02-23-08, 08:08 PM Mea Culpa. You totally DID NOT say that. Bashers33 did and I misquoted. My apologies! That's what I get for not being careful when cutting-and-pasting and then posting as I'm running out the door. :P
Thats alright, no need for any apologies. Its just a forum. But really I did not enjoy Zelda.
SpeedyHTPC 02-23-08, 08:19 PM I'm not willing to give someone with a bunch of free time a $50-80 premium.
I paid someone a premium of about $50 to get my first Wii. I got it shipped to me directly without leaving my house. I dont feel ripped off or anything. I probably pay more for gas to shop around.
WizarDru 02-24-08, 01:18 PM Today I made my boss extremely happy, or rather my wife did by going to Target when they opened today and managing to get a Wii when she was number 60 out of 69. I still find myself STUNNED that it's this hard to find one, 15 months after launch.
Yes, found one at Target also - #5 out of 30 available. There were 4 left at 8am opening, but sure they were gone shortly after. I got in line at 5am but was not necessary as it turned out.
angle_slam 02-25-08, 04:30 PM I paid someone a premium of about $50 to get my first Wii. I got it shipped to me directly without leaving my house. I dont feel ripped off or anything. I probably pay more for gas to shop around.
They're going for $315 on Ebay now. Add $30 to $40 shipping, it's a lot closer to a $90 premium.
Based on other posts in this thread, I should have gone to Target at 8 am this weekend. Not really willing to do that.
And no one has a projection for how fast production will ramp up. For every person who says that they will be at 1+ million per month, there's another article that says they will not be increasing production. For every prediction that availabiity will increase once the market gets saturated, there's another one saying that Smash Bros., Mario Kart Wii, or (especially) Wii Fit will drive demand even higher.
firstolevia 02-25-08, 10:35 PM is the shortage over, I just came back from WalMart and they probably had 10 just sitting there!!!
BASHERS33 02-26-08, 09:08 AM They STILL are going for mroe than MRSP on ebay? Wow.
WizarDru 02-26-08, 09:13 AM is the shortage over, I just came back from WalMart and they probably had 10 just sitting there!!!
I'm sure they did. From a shipment of most likely 50-100. And I doubt they'll still be there 24 hours later.
The shortage is still on-going. This thread is a testament to it. It doesn't immediately sell-out everywhere instantly, but it's still highly constrained. When my wife got it on Sunday for my boss, she was number 60 out of 69. The difference between that and previously is that THIS time, all 69 spots were not spoken for immediately when the doors opened. They were still sold out by 9:30 AM, though...and it only took that long because of the special Wii-only purchase line took a while to clear.
The shortage can't be declared to be over until you can buy a Wii with the same ease as a 360 or a PS3...which is to say, that you can decide to buy one and within one or two stops at a big box retailer, find one. That my boss and others like her have been looking for one for four months is a testament to it's popularity and overly Ninty's cautious ramp-up.
angle_slam 02-26-08, 11:56 AM is the shortage over, I just came back from WalMart and they probably had 10 just sitting there!!!
Where do you live? The shortage seems to be more localized than it was before. But it definitely still exists here in Northern California. I spent all President's Day weekend looking for one to no avail.
The shortage exists online also. The last time Amazon had them in stock, it sold out in 5 minutes. And Amazon seems to be the only place you can buy it without a bundle. All the other retailers lump in a bunch of games I don't want.
And are you sure the boxes were even full? Gamestop has a ton of Wii boxes at their locations. None of them actually have Wiis in them.
I guess Nintendo has to be cautious about ramping up production, though. They're probably thinking to themselves, "everyone who wants one already has one, so if we double production, they won't sell." But that's obviously not true. I wonder how much Nintendo is leaving on the table by simply not raising the price by $50. Surely they have some economist on their Board who sees them going for $315+ on Ebay and says, "why should third parties be making $50+ on every unit sold instead of us?"
ThisOneKidMongo 02-26-08, 12:07 PM Well, if they sold them for $299, then ebayers would sell them for $365, for one thing. :) Besides that, though, a couple things:
1) Please do not tempt Nintendo into price gouging more than they already do
2) No really, don't tempt them; they'll totally do it
3) $299 would bring them dangerously close to the lowest-tier configuration of the 19 versions of the xbox 360 on the market. Nintendo's big marketing one-two punch is innovation for significantly less money, so that simply wouldn't do.
I really have to believe the shortage is at least partially intentional. Maybe Nintendo has finally realized that console wars are won on public perception. The Wii gave Nintendo practically their first positive buzz since the SNES and made everyone from little kids to financial analysts take them seriously as a brand again. It's not at all unrealistic to think they'd take that ball and run with it. I mean, seriously, having the exact same product be the must-have Christmas item TWO Christmases in a row? How often has that ever happened?
redfieldite 02-26-08, 03:06 PM I live in a small market area (town ~40,000) and figured competition would be limited. Wrong! Finally got one from a local store after 3 weeks daily looking and a couple of near misses. Called a mom and pop video game store at 10:30 am and was told they expected delivery of a shipment before noon, first come first serve--come in a get a number.
I was there in 15 minutes, got #5 and the last Wii of the shimpment. All were gone within 5 minutes of opening the shipping box.
The store owner had told me previously he had ordered 200 Wii's last October and was just now starting to get deliveries. So, things should start easing up, but it's not there yet.
WizarDru 02-26-08, 03:11 PM I wonder how much Nintendo is leaving on the table by simply not raising the price by $50.
Well, how much they're leaving on the table by not being able to meet demand is about $1.3 BILLION dollars (http://business.timesonline.co.uk/tol/business/markets/united_states/article3065672.ece). But raise the price to $299, and it's popularity would plummet. One of the Wii's strengths is that you get the console and a game for $250. Demand would fall of sharply is that $300 price point were hit.
I really have to believe the shortage is at least partially intentional.
I think it's intentional that Nintendo was and remains overly cautious about their success, which is why they're only producing 1.8 Million consoles a month. They're waiting for the other shoe to drop, and they don't want to be stuck with a warehouse full of stock. I absolutely think they aren't happy about giving up over a billion dollars of sales over the holidays, and I find it very hard to believe that they'd undersell their own console to stoke a demand...because the market doesn't necessarily work that way. I think it's the same thing as what occurred with the DS...it got far more popular than even they expected, and they've had a rough time keeping it in stock for their retailers. No one expected this level of demand for this long. Even Ninty's biggest boosters didn't predict this.
Van Smack 02-26-08, 03:39 PM Wow, surprised that some heads aren't rolling somewhere at Nintendo over the $1.3 billion they supposably left on the table during the Christmas season. I understand being cautious, but that's being too conservative for your own good. 1.3 bil is 1.3 bil...don't care who the company is. Even if it cost them a couple hundred million to open a new plant for a few months, they'd more than make their money back and turn a nice lil profit rather quickly.
I don't see what they think they're "risking" by not doing this. They have a product they KNOW will sell.
angle_slam 02-26-08, 04:30 PM Well, if they sold them for $299, then ebayers would sell them for $365, for one thing. :) Besides that, though, a couple things:
1) Please do not tempt Nintendo into price gouging more than they already do
2) No really, don't tempt them; they'll totally do it
If they haven't done it in 16 months, I seriously doubt that reading an anonymous post on a message board will tempt them to raise prices.
But raise the price to $299, and it's popularity would plummet. One of the Wii's strengths is that you get the console and a game for $250. Only true in theory. In reality, if I needed an Wii by next week, I would have to go to Ebay and pay $320. (I've been watching Ebay about 2-3 weeks. The Ebay market is very steady--they almost all sell for at least $310 and as much as $340. Anyone who lists for $350 gets no bids, but you can't buy one for $300.)
So let's cut the difference and say that consumers are basically willing to spend $320 on a Wii. Because they sell for $250, a professional Ebayer sees the 28% profit and jumps at it. That's the reason you can't buy one at retail--the resellers buy so many of them. (In fact, anyone in the market for a Wii who happens upon a store with them in stock would be foolish not to buy multiple Wiis, because the profit margin is so high).
But if they raised the price to $299, there's no reason to think that the Ebay price would rise--The market wants to pay $320 for it, that's not going to change simply because Nintendo says so. A professional Ebayer may find the 7% profit to be not worth the trouble. So more Wiis stay on the shelves at Best Buy and Target, resulting in a lower price for consumers. Moreover, no one would ever casually buy multiple Wiis because a $20 profit isn't worth it.
BASHERS33 02-26-08, 05:14 PM If they would stop having so many crappy games come out they wouldnt have to fear its popularity waning anyway. But I almost never have interest in buying a new game now. The only game I have bought myself in the past half year is Guitar Hero III, which isn't made by Nintendo obviously.
ThisOneKidMongo 02-26-08, 05:31 PM Angle, just so you know, I was joking about Nintendo seeing your post and raising the price. That would be an unprecedented move, to say the least.
Ha, it's weird to be discussing economic theory here, but as I see it your your reasoning is backwards. You seem to think the reselling market are creating the shortage, while really it's the other way around.
Besides ebay accounting for a relatively miniscule percentage of Wii sales (if nothing else, many stores now have a one-per-customer policy or foist asinine bundles by this point), if the Wii was selling for $299 retail, you're right, ebayers wouldn't bother with making 10% profit by reselling them at $320 -- no, they'd sell them at something more like $370. $320 isn't so much the magic dollar amount that consumers collectively decided the Wii is worth, no matter where they get it, so much as $70 is the average additional premium they are willing to pay for a hot, big-ticket item that costs $249 at retail. Raise the MSRP and of course the "ebay surcharge" would rise with it.
WizarDru 02-27-08, 09:16 AM In reality, if I needed an Wii by next week, I would have to go to Ebay and pay $320. (I've been watching Ebay about 2-3 weeks. The Ebay market is very steady--they almost all sell for at least $310 and as much as $340. Anyone who lists for $350 gets no bids, but you can't buy one for $300.)
Most of the people I know personally are technically savvy AND are reasonably comfortable financially. Some of them are gamers and some of them are not. Only one of them was willing to pay a mark-up to pick up a Wii (in that case via Craigslist in person, rather than over ebay). My boss, who I just that Wii for I mentioned earlier, could have purchased it in a bundle or with a mark-up...but she had no intention of paying the mark-up. So she didn't get one for her family for Christmas and would have waited until after her daughter's birthday, if I hadn't found one. Her case is far from unique. And these are busy people who have the money to spare...folks who don't are usually even less inclined to pay higher prices. Heck, you only have to look here in this forum to see folks who say pretty much that.
While there will always be a group that will pay a premium for expediency, that group is totally in the minority. I dashed over to ebay just now and saw a Wii auction conclude at $360+$35 shipping. The problem? But most people are not going to pay a $145 premium to get a Wii. When presented with the choice, they'll either decide to wait or look seriously at a 360/PS3...because at $400, you can walk in to your local store and buy one of them OR get a Wii off of ebay. Folks once paid over $1000 for a PS2 on ebay...but that doesn't mean that it was anywhere resembling the norm. I know from talking with beleaguered employees in Target, Best Buy, Circuit City, Walmart and Toys 'R' Us (where the guy said he should have a badge made that said "Welcome to Toys 'R' Us, where we don't have the Wii in-stock") that plenty of folks will casually inquire after it, but if they don't have it, they shrug and walk away until next time.
Historically, there is a 'price ceiling' for stuff like the Wii that the average consumer will pay. The N-64 and Gamecube both launched at $200. The PS/2 sales took off dramatically after, one year post-launch, they reduced the price to $200. There's a reason that Sony has been desperate to drop the price of the PS3...they know that the original price was too far above that intellectual barrier for the average consumer. Nintendo knows that...and that's why they've never lost money on any console, even when they've lost dominance of the market (as they did in the last two generations).
SpeedyHTPC 02-27-08, 11:41 AM They're going for $315 on Ebay now. Add $30 to $40 shipping, it's a lot closer to a $90 premium.
Based on other posts in this thread, I should have gone to Target at 8 am this weekend. Not really willing to do that.
Sorry I just think you're looking in the wrong places.
ebay is a scam place to buy stuff like this. ebay also raised their cut on items sold so the seller is forced to raise prices. Forget shipping, thats why I said check craigslist in the bay area. Surely you can find one that is close for a small premium and just drive there to get it.
Anyway looks like you want the MSRP price so keep checking TRUs, Target. I had no luck with Walmart seeing anything there. But I'll tell you this, my eye-witness and other posts, it seems like they will sell out in the early morning once stock is in. So if you're not willing to get there in the morning, then you may be out of luck everytime. To me that $50 premium is for someone else to wake up early, stand in line, to get it for me.
SpeedyHTPC 02-27-08, 11:50 AM [shrug] I guess if you don't see anything interesting, I don't know what you're looking for.
And that doesn't include the Wiiware titles that are due to arrive, possibly in March, like the Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles game.
me thinks WizarDru needs to take a moment from running out of his house so quickly because this post wasnt in this thread, heh.
BASHERS33 02-27-08, 01:28 PM I think Nintendo should have had 2 models of wii and the other have better graphics and cost more and I would personally have bought that one.
angle_slam 02-27-08, 01:52 PM Sorry I just think you're looking in the wrong places.
Obviously. ;)
Unfortunately, I have no idea what the "right" place is. It certainly isn't Target, Best Buy, TRU, Circuit City, or Gamestop, because I've checked all of those several times and multiple locations each. What's left?
As for getting up 8 am Sunday for Target, I can do that (except this past weekend, when I was out of town). My daughter wakes me up before that anyway. What I don't like is getting up at 5 am to wait outside Target for 3 hours before they open just to ensure getting a Wii. Judging by this thread, I don't have to do that anymore.
Chris_Fig 02-27-08, 03:02 PM All Gamestops In the Boston/Cambridge Area had about 5-6 Wiis delivered today, I foudn out through my usual routine, checked at the local Gamestop during my lunch break today and by that time that store had sold them all out...
when i got back I called all the other 10+ stores in the area, by 2:30 pm only one store had any, two... it had two, but I ahd to work so couldn't get there, and most likely in the 30 mins it would take to get there they'd be sold out...
They tell me they get shipments every day but not all shipments have Wiis, as for Wiis, they get them about once or twice a month (about 5 wiis for each store) in eahc shipment,
-just check your closest store every day at 10am
-by noon, you'll have to be lucky to get one...
-by 2 pm they're gone.
angle_slam 02-27-08, 05:06 PM Apparently, Circuit City will have the Wii in its ad for this weekend.
And there's a rumor that Toys R Us will have the Wii in it's ad the following weekend (March 9th), along with a Buy Smash Bros, get another game half off deal. This is just a rumor and is unconfirmed as of now.
Our Costco (Wenatchee, WA) had one left this Saturday at 12:30 pm. Asked the floor guy what they started with and he said 48 @ 11:00am. Was a bundle w/ extra remote an nunchuck for $315, so pretty much @ or slightly below retail. Also, local Fred Meyer had them in their Sunday ad @ $249. No idea how many...

Judging by this thread, I don't have to do that anymore.Yeah, you definitely don't need to do that anymore. I got there at 7:40 this past Sunday and got ticket number 30 (out of 69 Wii's available, which I thought was a rather odd number for a store to receive until I saw that another poster's wife's Target also had 69; unless she also shops at the one near Seven Corners in Falls Church, VA).
People were walking in after store opening and still getting a ticket. This was their first big shipment of the year, I believe, so a lot of the people there on Sunday have been waiting for months. I think they still had some available when I left the store at about 8:30.
angle_slam 02-29-08, 01:09 PM I checked the Gamestop Wii availability page yesterday and it listed bunch of stores with Wiis. I called around, and most didn't have any. But one did. It was 27 miles the opposite direction from home, but I went anyway and got my Wii.
aceball79 03-05-08, 04:05 PM so I bit the bullet and ordered the wii bundle from toysrus.com. got it 2 weeks ago. sent all the games I didn't want back and my card got credited today. kind of a pain but ended up with a wii and only the games I wanted. just had to pay $5 to ship the lame ones back.
Sunkist 03-05-08, 04:25 PM Circuit city had some last night, a guy randomly asked a clerk and they had a few instock, not sure if it was left over from the sunday ad supply or not.
therain93 03-07-08, 07:54 AM 2 or 3 Sundays ago, all the Targets in the MA area got a delivery in -- my gf and I went to separate ones about an hour before they opened and after she got a ticket, I joined her at the Saugus store. There were a few people waiting in line but they didn't give away all of the tickets before opening, by far.
You should definitely be able to get one by now if you pop by the store of your choice right before it opens.
nnarum23 03-07-08, 09:27 AM What the hell is up with these last few replies?
acsguitar 03-17-08, 02:00 PM I didn't feel like reading the whole 21 pages.
But I've had great success with wiialerts.com
