Anyone ever buy one of those ping pong tables that lay on top of the pool table. Did the table stay flat and unsaggy? Did it scratch the woodwork on the rails of the pool table?
Thanks for any help.

I have one that is both a ping pong table and a hockey game much like air hockey, just no air. I have not had any problems with sagging or scratching.

Thanks for any help.Dunno about that but the bounce on the ping-pong table is a bit dead and uneven.

I dismantled the ping-pong table that came with the house I bought, and only saved the two playing surfaces, net, paddles, and balls. It's a bit cumbersome to set up and take down, but it lays upon my 8ft. Brunswick just fine. Plays well, too.
I was sure to remove all the hardware from the bottom so as not to scratch any of the rails.
Beats the hell out of playing pool on some faux-slate pool table. (IMO)
The one I have has thin padding underneath where it sits on the pool table to avoid scratching. the only issue I had with it was what Kal mentioned, the bounce of the ping-pong table felt a bit dead.
