Thats all for now...which remote would do it for me? i was thinking one of the harmony models, but dont know which one.

Nothing will control the RF ceiling fan, so save yourself the search.
Are you talking about in-room control using IR or multiroom using RF?
everything is in-room.
Hmm...nothing to control the fan? Why not...it has a wireless wall unit...which i thought was useless, why not give a remote control to control it from you bed...!

Most ceiling fans operate on RF frequencies not used by electronics gear. Same thing goes with garage door openers. Some of them do have handheld remotes. We've got one that automagically turns itself on/off based on a thermostat in the remote. But, again, the frequencies and signaling it uses are not the same as a/v electronics gear. So check to see if your fan maker offers other types of remotes.
I contacted Philips support for the the software for the TSU3000. The one they directed me to is Pronto Edit professional. It seems to be for the TSU9000.
Where can I find the software for the TSU 3000?
Thanks
