The latest day that I did the daily fitness thing on wii sports, it said my wii fitness age was 30. I was staring there ar it and thinking well that is decent, then suddenly the 30 broke apart and changed to a 45. Umm what?

It was teasing you, does that sometimes. My age is average about 25, real age is 23, not bad

It's just a score that measures how well you do in the 3 activities. Literally it does nothing to measure your "fitness" or "age" and is all about how good you are at the game.

I believe your age goes from 20-80, and yeah it is just based on the three activities you did for the day. It actually has no effect on anything else what so ever. Just for "fun."

I saw the tease also last night...I knew I did good on the events, but was shocked to see 20 for my age...then it tilted and fell to 26. Just a way to give you a hard time I think.
