I've got a customer who I've set up with a Sonos setup around their home, and imported all of their 500 CD's. However, these people are very computer-illiterate, and would really love a touchscreen system to import their music from a CD onto the NAS that the Sonos is connected to. Any easy, affordable way to do this? I need something easy, but also able to let you change the ID3 tags through touchscreen (maybe a virtual keyboard).
Anything like this exist? Thanks!
Have you tried the Sonos forums?
I have a Sonos and love it.

I've taken a look, but couldn't really find anything. It doesn't have to be Sonos specific, just some piece of software that lets me import music to a drive via touchscreen :p.

This may be left field but why not hook a small touch screen to a media center computer? I mean the cd ripping in media center is very automated and could easily be done with a touchscreen.
You can configure Microsoft Media Player to automatically rip a CD to a specific location whenever a new CD is placed in the tray. If you set the location to the NAS volume where Sonos looks for music, this should be all that's needed. Your customers would simply drop the CD in the tray, wait 15 minutes, and they'll be able to access their music on the Sonos.

Yeah, this is my number one idea as of right now. I use Media Center at home, and it's just about as user-friendly as it gets. Can't remember though (not home); does it let you edit tag information of the CD before you rip? What about some sort of virtual keyboard?
