Okay, I am hoping to get some help here.
I want all the video stuff connected to my TV to have the best connection, but its obvious that I don't that many "good" connections on my TV.
I have 1 HDMI, 3 Component (one is on the side, I don't want to use that because I dont want wires sticking out the side of my TV), and a VGA in (all the composite/S video dont matter).
Currently have my stuff connected as so:
X360 - component
Wii - composite (until component cables arrive)
PS3/Toshiba HD-A1 - HDMI (I share the cable between them when I want to use one, its lame).
HTPC - VGA
I would like to do the following:
X360 - VGA
Wii - Component
PS3/HD-A1/HTPC - each have there own HDMI connection
Is this possible? I hear that there are switches that allow for multiple HDMI in with one out? Can I do this for the HTPC also? And the X360, is the VGA the best connection method? I assume it is.
Thanks for any help (TV is a Sony KDL-V32XBR1)
